j'ai choisi l'hôtel Thiréas, 4 étoiles qui ne vendaient que du rêve ! Erreur et honte vu les prix.

La chambre à plus de 400 € la nuit donnée comme une suite avec vue magnifique était d'une superficie intéressante mais en sortant sur le balcon , à 1 mètre il y avait la terrasse d'un autre établissement couverte de transats, juste en face une autre terrasse celle du roof top d'un restaurant accueillant des soirées et sur le côté latéral l'intérieur d'un autre hôtel et des emplacements pour ses clients sur les hauteurs. Au final, hormis ces vues... celle sur la baie était vraiment de très basse qualité et surtout le prix juste exorbitant pour la qualité de cette chambre. De plus, les petits-déjeuners étaient à partir de produits de base et sans aucun intérêt pour ce qui se veut un 4 étoiles. J'avais réservé pour 4 nuits, je suis partie au bout de la 3ème et malgré un email à la direction pour dire ce que je pensais j'attends encore une réponse ! En résumé, vous savez où ne pas aller à Fira, les photos montrent l'environnement.

Disappointing
Pros:

I loved the location in Fira.

Cons:

I didn’t like the fact that the ac made a lot of noise so I was to choose between sacrificing to stay cold without noise or stay warm with noise. Vanessa seemed nice and welcoming. The man I really don’t know where he stand but he didn’t seem welcoming and helpful. I had a knee problem so it was very difficult carrying my luggage down the stairs. Other hotels do help carry the guest luggage down and up and they are further down than this hotel so it was really disappointing and exhausting I got no help and I think the hotel is pricey for what they offer although I think they gave me the worst room though I was expecting better but to my surprise no table no balcony I think you can get better deal at cheaper prices in other hotels around. I really don’t like giving bad reviews but in the same light I give good reviews without even being told if I’m Impressed by your service but I just needed to be honest. There is potential here but a little bit of step up and they would be good.

Excelentes vistas del atardecer en la caldera
Pros:

La experiencia en este hotel fue muy buena, tiene unas vistas espectaculares a la caldera. Uno de los mejores atardeceres que podrán encontrar en Santorini.
Las habitaciones eran cómodas y el desayuno te lo traían a la habitación, el cual por cierto era muy variado. El personal del hotel fue muy amable.
Sin dudas lo volveríamos a elegir en una próxima estadía en Santorini.
