OK per 1 notte senza pretese, cibo ottimo e personale gentilissimo che migliorano l'esperienza
Pros:

Posizione strategica sulla costa, però disperso nel nulla quindi ottimo se usato come base per muoversi o come tappa per un viaggio ma non come alloggio fisso pensando che essendo vicino alla spiaggia tu possa muoverti serenamente senza auto: è in un paesino morto senza nulla di raggiungibile a piedi, nemmeno la colazione.
Sicuramente punto di forza il fatto che volendo puoi mangiare con loro, non dico presso il loro ristorante perchè è fondamentalmente casa loro in cui alloggi anche tu, quindi sei "ospite" della loro cucina casalinga, buonissima e con "servizio" gentilissimo dei ragazzi o della proprietaria, inglese impeccabile

Cons:

pulizia pressochè inesistente. La prima mattina abbiamo trovato uno scarafaggio in bagno. Il balcone con sedie diroccate, tutto molto fatiscente, gli accessori del bagno arrugginiti e gli asciugamani forniti lisi. La maniglia della porta rischiava di rimanerci in mano in quanto le viti avevano mangiato il legno e il blocco della serratura si staccava dalla porta, c'era da fare molta attenzione. Situato sulla stradina principale che attraversa il mini paesino e quindi molto trafficata, il cane abbaiava dalle 6 della mattina ad ogni auto che passava davanti a casa. I bicchieri di plastica forniti erano vecchi che si incollavano l'uno con l'altro, il WC perdeva e quindi c'era sempre il pavimento sporco di acqua blu (sostanza chimica usata nella cassetta dell'acqua)

Pros:

La cortesia dei proprietari, il cibo e i servizi essenziali( condizionatore, frigo, bollitore).
Adatta a pochi gg di permanenza.
La zona è comoda per raggiungere le spiagge di Elafonissi e Falasarna.

Cons:

La zona è fin troppo tranquilla, i materassi troppo rigidi e la struttura andrebbe un po' ripresa e alla camera andrebbero apportate delle migliorie.

Great if you want a rustic and rural Cretan experience!
Pros:

Please note that this review is for the overall experience- not just the room. If you are looking to get away from heavily touristy areas and stay in a guesthouse owned by a lovely family, this is a good experience! The family is so warm, and the children help out at the restaurant. The dog, who we named nicknamed Pork chop is so sweet as well! (And loves pork chops!) The restaurant is definitely worth eating at. We went twice and it was fabulous food! So good that we went back a second night. Huge portions, incredibly fresh ingredients, generous on the house dessert (and a 15% discount) There is a great view of the sea and surrounding area.

Cons:

If I was going to review this property solely on the room, it would have to be much lower (prob 5 or 6) If you want a five star Hilton beach holiday hotel, this is not for you! The rooms need a lot of TLC and thorough cleaning. If you have backpacked in Thailand and have 'roughed' it, you will appreciate the bathroom here (as well as the overall quirkiness of the property). If not, you will be in for an unpleasant surprise of water spraying everywhere with the shower being right beside the toilet. Hot water is a hit or miss...

Consigliato!
Pros:

Si tratta di un piccolo B&B a conduzione familiare, molto semplice, pulito e accogliente. La nostra camera matrimoniale era abbastanza spaziosa e il balconcino delizioso. Al piano terra, sotto le stanze, i proprietari gestiscono una taverna: vi consigliamo assolutamente di provare i loro piatti!
Il paesaggio dalle camere è spettacolare. Se avete una macchina e avete intenzione di visitare Elafonissi, Balos o Falassarna, la posizione è perfetta.

Posizione e vista fantastiche, la proprietaria è gentile e cucina molto bene. La camera essenziale, con terrazza vista mare, ci sono le necessità basiche giuste. Tutto pulito.

Pros:

Le nostre richieste sono state soddisfatte, per un problema tecnico non c'era lo stendino in stanza e la proprietaria si è attivata per risolvere il problema.

Cons:

La struttura è un po' isolata, ci vogliono circa 30 minuti per arrivare alla cittadina più vicina.

Le site est magnifique et la chambre simple mais très propre et calme. L'accueil est chaleureux .
