Breathtaking views, quiet, comfortable and lovely staff.
Pros:

The location was perfect overlooking the Caldera and a side view of Skaros rock. I traveled with a friend who had a separate room. Mine was the Pearl which is a good room for one person. The Felicity would be good for two people. Nevertheless, I was able to have an in-room massage, it was a tight fit for the table, Breakfast was delicious and the staff George and Samantha were fabulous. The breakfast ham/cheese sandwiches made good lunches. The yogurt and honey very tasty and scrambled eggs were perfectly cooked. All the support staff were great and thorough in the cleaning and friendly. I felt like I was staying with friends versus a hotel. I cannot say enough about the views in the morning and evening when eating breakfast or unwinding from a full day of sightseeing. On the pathway between Fira and Oia. To get the view you do have steps, but we were on the 2nd level down with a small public pool area. That was relatively empty as I was the only one swimming as the water was "refreshing" in early May. The hotel arranged a Taxi from pickup from the airport. The location is also very close to a grocery store and convivence store. It was walkable into town for restaurants. I enjoyed Mama Lena to eat. You can get delivery to your room. I really cannot say enough nice things about the location, helpfulness of staff, and views. I didn't visit exo Gialos beach but my friend did.

It delivered an intimate, cliffside luxury that felt worlds away from the bustling crowds of Fira or Oia, yet remained perfectly connected to the island’s magic. If you seek romance, serenity, and jaw-dropping caldera views without sacrificing personalized service, this gem earns its place among the island’s finest hideaways.
From the moment we approached, the hotel’s white-washed Cycladic architecture blended seamlessly into the volcanic cliffs. Just a few meters from the entrance lies a convenient bus stop with frequent services to both Fira and Oia. This made Above Blue Suites perfectly positioned for us. We enjoyed the peaceful, elevated charm of Imerovigli, while easily reaching the island’s main hubs for shopping, dining, or evening strolls.
We stayed in the Heaven Suite, and it lived up to its celestial name. The absolute highlight for us was our private outdoor hot tub on the secluded terrace, offering unobstructed, front-row views of the caldera, Aegean Sea, and those world-famous Santorini sunsets.
One of the standout features for us was the included breakfast, served daily via in-room service directly on our suite’s private terrace at whatever time we chose. No rushing to a crowded buffet, this was personalized. Pairing it with our morning coffee while gazing over the volcano and endless blue sea was unforgettable. It became our favorite daily ritual that set the perfect tone for each day.
The pool offered us another stunning perch for lounging with caldera vistas. The staff elevated everything. They anticipated our needs with genuine warmth and professionalism, Cleanliness was impeccable, with daily turn-downs and attention to every detail.
Above Blue Suites with its prime location, impeccable service, and thoughtful luxury, it’s a place we would return to in a heartbeat. It transformed our vacation into a memory that feels like paradise found.

We stayed in Moonlit suite one night and it was amazing / we had arrived one day early and were lucky enough to get this room, so we didn’t have to move hotels - however, on seeing the initial room we had booked, Heaven suite (thinking we had gone up,
Not down, judging by name) the next day,
Was a shock - it was tiny, the bathroom smelt, the front door jammed and the cupboard smelled mouldy. The spa was cold and on seeing this, we asked if we could move back to the other suite, and pay the difference, but apparently, this was not available.

Super séjour au sein de cet hôtel
Pros:

J'avais quelques réticences lors de la réservation au vu de certains commentaires récents assez négatifs, et pourtant nous avons passé un AGRÉABLE SÉJOUR au sein de cet hôtel.
Accueil très chaleureux et bienveillant.
La chambre (Charm Suite) est spacieuse, bien équipée et bénéficie d'un bon emplacement. Malgré le chemin de passage juste devant, on est rehaussé de quelques marches donc pratiquement pas de vis à vis.
Petit déjeuner complet et copieux.
Ménage fait tout les jours, serviettes remplacée quotidiennement. Il y a des serviettes de toilette et des serviettes de piscine, ainsi que gel douche et shampoing... rien besoin d'amener.
Je recommande !

Cons:

Dommage que les lumières du bain à remous ne fonctionnent pas, ça perd un peu de son charme le soir.
Les œufs du petit dejeuner étaient un peu trop salés.

Best Santorini sunset view from the rooms balcony.

Cons:

While the views offered are exceptional, the room itself is in a state of disrepair due to insufficient maintenance. Although the housekeeping staff maintains cleanliness, various sections of the room emit distinct, unpleasant odors. The restroom, in particular, had an odor reminiscent of a public facility. The indoor jacuzzi area had a stagnant, aged water smell, and the room's overall condition was poor. Both the indoor and outdoor jacuzzis provided only cold water, with no option for temperature adjustment as they are centrally controlled. Due to these unsatisfactory conditions, I vacated the room two days prior to my scheduled departure without a refund and relocated to the ORama Hotel in Santorini.

The view was absolutely stunning. The staff was very friendly and polite. The neighborhood was quiet.

Cons:

We booked the large golden suite specifically for the outdoor hot tub but it was not hot and the jets did not function properly. The indoor hot tub was very musty smelling and down right cold so we did not use.
