Pros:

The staff was extremely kind arranging for a self check-in for my late arrival with photos to aid throughout the process. Very accommodating and friendly. It was a great location with good facilities too.

The location is excellent, right on the brim of the old town.

Our room was located with the window facing a really small street, so it was quiet.

The room was equipped with everything you need and it was clean.

The lady at the reception with curly hair (I'm sorry I did not ask for her name) was really helpful and a pleasant person. :)

Cons:

The fan in the bathroom acted weird. It pushed air inside, rather than pulling it out. :))

Hôtel bien situé et confortable
Pros:

Hôtel très bien situé dans le centre d'Héraklion. Nous avons pu faire un check-in tardif de façon autonome, tout était très bien indiqué. Personnel sympathique à l'accueil le lendemain matin et petit-déjeuner très correct.

Cons:

La chambre était au RDC et donnait sur la rue (heureusement pas trop passante). Mais nous ne sommes restés qu'une nuit donc cela ne nous a pas trop dérangé.
