The staff was kind and welcoming, and the room was cleaned exceptionally well every day. The breakfast was delicious, and one of the biggest advantages was that the area was not windy, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
The room was a little small, and the view was not as beautiful as we had expected. The location is also a bit far from the town center. (It could be an advantage for people who likes privacy and quiet spaces)
The hotel itself is small & boutique. Breakfast is served only in your room, and since there is no restaurant or common dining area, we personally missed having a shared space to relax and eat 🙏🏼 While some guests may enjoy the privacy, we found it a bit limiting.
It was well located, with jacuzzi on each balcony and we can order breakfast to the room (which they prepared according to a menu that each person selects). Breakfast was not bufffet, but actually was pretty good and enough for a couple.
They were carefully with each detail, having replaced water bottles and candles.
The towels are soft and smell very good.
Each day they have tidied up the room.
On the day of the departure, they provided us with a bathroom to have a shower before heading to the airport.
We had two different issues that were not expectable in such a highly rated hotel: we did not have a working tv (despite asking for maintenance, this was a problem we had for the 4 nights we have stayed at the hotel) and unfortunately, despite the very clean appearance, we had found a cockroach in our bedroom.
C’était très bien dans l’ensemble. Le personnel du ménage est excellent, tout est nettoyé avec soins et le soin apporté à la chambre est au delà des espérances. Le petit déjeuner était bon mais un peu light sur le nombre des plats

Overpriced for the small rooms. Blocked shower drain on arrival ( quickly rectified). Ordering breakfast the day before. Lack of eating opportunities in walking distance.

Πραγματικά περάσαμε πολυ όμορφη διαμονή στο Volcano Luxury Suites. Καθαρό, προσεγμένο και με υπέροχη θέα που κάνει τη διαφορά. Το προσωπικό φιλικό και εξυπηρετικό, σε κάνει να νιώθεις άνετα από την πρώτη στιγμή. Ιδανικό αν θέλεις κάτι ήσυχο και ποιοτικό στη Μήλο. Θα το προτιμούσα ξανά χωρίς σκέψη!
Todo. La ubicación muy buena porque estás en un ambiente súper tranquilo alejado de los centros. La habitación súper cuidada con todos los detalles y facilidades. El personal súper amables con todo. Buenísimo desayuno.

The rooms have a spacious terrace and a beautiful mountain view with partial sea views. The breakfast had limited options, but really good taste! The staff was GREAT and very kind to us.
Something that could be improved is the bathroom’s ventilation. Also, not necessarily a bad thing, but there are no common facilities (this is why they bring the breakfast to the rooms). The experience here is more of a room stay.
Ultimate luxury to end our Greece island hopping holiday. Wished we could’ve spent more than 3 nights here. A beautiful location on the island. The front desk gave us lots of good recommendations and also helped us organise a 5hr boat hire which is an absolute must while on Milos.

Lovely property, amazing view of the sea from the hot tub and a lovely room which was well stocked with everything you need, also a great breakfast and room service was also very nice!
Not much bad to say, only that the doors at night are quite loud in the wind, slight banging from them when shut, not sure if this is fixable or not!
