Pros:

Breakfast was good and the view was amazing from our balcony.

Cons:

The air conditioning in the room did not work correctly. We had staff check it and they said it was working properly. (It was not). We were hot all night which is not acceptable for a suite costing $250+ USD/night.

Relax, Bella spiaggia, buon cibo e tramonti spettacolari
Pros:

Taverna con vista sul mare e su un tramonto sempre spettacolare. L’offerta per pranzo e cena è ottima. Piscina accogliente con sunbeds e ombrelloni. La nostra camera non era grande ma sicuramente accogliente.

Cons:

Tutto bene, ma bisogna avere un’auto o una moto per muoversi nella zona (che merita)

La vue directe sur Falasarna est magnifique.

La vue

Cons:

Chambre vieillotte. L’hôtel est en travaux… c’est un chantier.
La piscine n’était pas propre eau trouble et pas entretenue ( lumières arrachées et posées sur le côté)
Petit déjeuner identique tous les jours

Absolut traumhaft, idyllische Lage. Wenn man Ruhe sucht, Nähe zum Strand, aber auch mal einen Pool genießen will, ist hier richtig. Wunderschöne Gartenanlage, atemberaubender Blick aufs Meer und den Sonnenuntergang. Auf dem Zimmer gibt es eine Nespresso-Maschine und die Kapseln werden täglich aufgefüllt. Ich konnte nachts sogar ohne Klimaanlage bei offenem Fenster und Meeresbrise schlafen. Das Frühstück ist okay, griechisch, einfach.

Cons:

Ich hatte ein nicht renoviertes Zimmer mit einem sehr alten, knarzenden Bett, das außerdem sehr klein war. Die Einzelbetten ließen sich nicht zusammenschieben. Für eine Person war das Zimmer samt Bad ausreichend, für zwei Personen aber viel zu klein. Leider erhalten nur Gäste der neueren Zimmer Poolhandtücher. Am Poolbereich sollten Mülleimer aufgestellt werden, sodass Strohhalme oder sonstiger Müll nicht im Gras herumliegen.
Der Pool könnte etwas sauberer und wärmer sein.

Najpiękniejsza miejscówka na Krecie.
Pros:

Doskonała lokalizacja na najpiękniejszej plaży na Krecie Falasarna.
Wszędzie blisko.
Wspaniały personel, wśród nich Polacy.
Bardzo czyste pokoje,
Basen mógłby być czystszy.
Smaczne jedzenie w restauracji z widokiem za milion dolarów .

Pros:

Struttura molto bella al di fuori, ci saranno sicuramente delle camere molte belle (le suite), anche la piscina con l’angolo bar mi è piaciuta. Al ristorante si mangia molto bene e i camerieri sono tutti cordiali e anche la signora Niki che si occupa della colazione al mattino è estremamente gentile.

Cons:

Non mi è piaciuto che abbiamo ricevuto una camera super standard tripla e noi avevamo prenotato una stanza per due persone. Inoltre non era del tutto pulita. All’arrivo ho ricevuto uno degli asciugamani per la doccia sporchi, ho avuto come la sensazione che la camera non fosse stata aperta da un po’. La luce che avrebbe dovuto illuminare la stanza si stava per fulminare quindi quando l’accendevo non faceva luce ma andava solo a scatti. Mi dispiace ma queste cose hanno reso il mio arrivo un po’ brutto e non piacevole. Credo che sia opportuno concentrarsi sulle suite e renderle bellissime ma è anche giusto migliorare le camere standard e renderle più confortevoli e a livello della struttura che è bellissima.

Magnifique situation
Pros:

La situation de l’hôtel avec une vue époustouflante, la piscine et le petit déjeuner.

Cons:

L’accueil peu souriant mise à part les femmes de ménage. La terrasse tout en longueur, très étroite et donc peu confortable.
