We couldn’t recommend this place more! The apartment is perfectly located in Pollonia, with the beach right outside and a short walking distance to the restaurants. The apartment was incredibly cozy and was cleaned every day.

We were welcomed with a bottle of excellent rosé wine upon arrival. Everyday, Areti’s mother surprised us with delicious homemade pastries, it was such a thoughtful gest.

The apartment had everything we needed for a perfect stay, including beach mats, beach towels, and a beach umbrella that guests could borrow, which was greatly appreciated.

Areti was wonderful—kind, welcoming, and always happy to help. She arranged our car and boat rentals and gave us fantastic recommendations for things to do around Milos and the best restaurants. Her hospitality truly made our stay special and unforgettable.

We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Milos!

L’emplacement, tout se fait à pas de marche. Les couchers de soleil sont fantastiques 🤩 la plage de Pollonia offre de l’ombre, la mer est calme. Et surtout notre hôte, Areti, très attentionnée et à l’écoute de nos besoins.

Areti made us feel right at home. We were welcomed with freshly baked treats prepared by her mom. She also helped us rent a car, which we could pick up directly at the port—so convenient. And the view from our room was absolutely spectacular.

Areti was an incredible host and helped us in many aspects of our stay. She recommended great locations, beaches, shops and services which made our stay in Milos simply spectacular and unique. The studios are placed in an ideal location in island of Milos named Pollonia which is very relaxed compared to other island areas. The location of studios in Pollonia is great as it is close to the sea and town center, with a spectacular view of the sunset. I would definitely choose this accomodation again if I planned to visit Milos again.

Had a fantastic time here. Perfect room, good shower pressure, great view of the sunset lovely baked goods and fresh fruit in our room each day and the best part was the lovely lady and her family who own the place they were the nicest people and gave us the perfect recommendations and made sure our 3 days in Milos were fantastic. She genuinely cared about her guests and wanted to make sure the stay was perfect. Lovely location close to all the amenities you need but much quieter than the port. Will definitely be coming back

This was in a great location, just a few minutes from the main town of Pollonia. There was parking on site which was super helpful. Our room was clean. We had great sunset views from our balcony.

Where do we start! The property is located in the best part of Pollonia, facing the sea, away from the main beach and restaurants so is very quiet at night, and with extraordinary sunsets. It is a short 5 min walk to the main beach and restaurants. We had three rooms, all of which were perfect. Areti, our wonderful host, was there to greet us and give us tips about what to see and do on the island. The best restaurants, beaches and boat rental. Meeting Areti was truly one of our highlights, she is kind, generous and was so lovely to our family. We can’t recommend this place enough.

Excellent apartment! Big comfy bed, A/c, kitchen, wonderful usually shaded balcony with views of ocean, islands and a gorgeous traditional red white and blue fishing boat. Fantastic location easy walk from great village (Pollonia). Easy access to calm swimming a few steps away and even calmer and more gentle with shade swimming beach 5 minutes walk away. Extremely nice and friendly host. Gifts of a bottle of wine, really good homemade spanakopita, etc. Free use of beach.mats and towels and umbrella. Awesome place!

Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived until our departure. We received such a warm welcome and felt at home right away. The owner was incredibly kind, helpful, and always available with great recommendations for restaurants, beaches, and trips around the island. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Milos.

El alojamiento es lindísimo y la atención de Areti, la dueña, es EXCELENTE. Recomiendo este lugar por todo: limpieza, buen gusto, comodidad, decoración. Tuvimos habitación con balcón desde donde ves un atardecer espectacular. Pollonia es un lugar hermosísimo para alojarse. Este alojamiento además de hermoso tiene el plus de los consejos y calidez de Areti que ayudan muchísimo. Hay muy cerca cafeterías, restaurantes, bares, una vista increíble. Es muy cómodo estacionar con auto en el alojamiento y podés moverte desde ahí para donde uno quiera con el auto. No se pierdan este alojamiento!!! GRACIAS ARETI!

Areti the host was so kind and welcoming! She helped me organize transport from the ferry, gave me an itinerary of things to do on the island and checked in on my several times. She gave excellent recommendations of places to go. The room itself had the most amazing view of the sunset right from my balcony. It was walking distance to town which has a beach and a short 15-20 minute drive to everywhere else on the island (I rented an ATV for transport). I highly recommend this stay.
