המקום קטן וסולידי, צוות אדיב

Cons:

קיבלנו חדר צמוד למעלית והרעש של המעלית היה ממש בתוך האוזן מ7 בבוקר עד 11 בלילה
היה חסר מרפסת עישון בחדר או לפחות ברומה, כל סיגריה היה צריך לצאת מהמלון

Pros:

La cama era grande y cómoda. No se siente nada de ruido. Por la noche para ingresar al hotel tenías que usar una tarjeta de la habitación.

Excelente la atención de los empleados de limpieza. Muy atentos y amables.

Cons:

La recepcionista fue mala onda. Cuando llegamos nos preguntó si teníamos reserva a lo que respondimos que si. Ella nos dijo de sentarnos unos minutos y al instante se fue a fumar.
Se sabe que como turista no corresponde pagar los impuestos. Entonces cuando nos atendió nos peleó el precio de la estadía porque mi visa como turista se mostraba vencida, pero en realidad el Ministerio de Turismo la había extendido automáticamente por unos meses más debido a la guerra. Solo después de explicarle que me había hospedado en otro hotel hacía una semana y que me habían aceptado, se conformó y siguió con el chek in.

Dentro de la habitación: el baño tenía feo olor que se potenció a lo largo del día y el piso tenía grietas y no estaba muy cuidado. La cama, el escritorio y el placard estaban bien.

El ascensor era muy viejo y lento.

קיבלנו חדר קצת יותר גדול מהפעם הקודמת ששהיינו במלון. (החדרים הרגלים מאד קטנים)
