מלון שקט מושלם לזוגות ארוחת בוקר טובה צוות אחלה.

לצערי, החוויה שלנו הייתה מאכזבת מאוד, בעיקר בכל הקשור לשירות ולזמינות הצוות.
זה התחיל שבדרך למלון קיבלנו טלפון שהמלון אובר בוקינג והציעו לנו מלון פחות טוב.
הגענו ב14:00 החדר לא היה מוכן אבל זה נניח עוד בסדר כי מקבלים מ15:00. אז יצאנו להשתכשך בכנרת
וכשהגענו מאוחר יותר לחדר, בשעה 17:00 לא היו בו מגבות, נאלצנו להמתין זמן ממושך עד שקיבלנו מגבות, ורק בסביבות השעה 20:30 הן הגיעו.
יתרה מכך, בזמן ההמתנה לא היה נציג בקבלה שאליו ניתן היה לפנות, וגם באמצעות הוואטסאפ של המלון לא קיבלנו מענה כלל.
רמת הניקיון בחדר לא הייתה כפי שמצופה ממלון ברמה הזו, ובין היתר כוס קפה מלוכלכת נשארה בחדר לאחר הניקיון כביכול כפי שהייתה.
לצערנו, ביום השני המצב אף החמיר. כשחזרנו למלון אחרי יום מעייף, המפתחות של שני החדרים שברשותנו לא פתחו את הדלתות. גם במקרה הזה לא היה נציג בקבלה ולא ניתן היה לקבל מענה באמצעות הוואטסאפ.
אנחנו מבינים שתקלות יכולות לקרות, אך במקרה שלנו מדובר במספר תקלות שירות ותפעול לאורך כל השהייה, ובעיקר בתחושה שלא היה למי לפנות ולקבל מענה בזמן אמת. ואף לא במיילים.
הגענו למלון עם ציפיות גבוהות, במיוחד לאור הדירוג הגבוה ב-Booking, ולכן האכזבה הייתה משמעותית.

מלון קטן, פשוט אבל מתופח ונוח. ממוקם במרכז העיר קרוב לטיילת ומסעדות. צוות מאוד נדיב וקשוב לכל בקשה. היה כיף להתארח במלון.
יש מצוקת חנייה בסביבה, המעלית במלון קצת צפופה ואיטית.
ממש נהנו המלון היה ממש נחמד החדרים נקיים ויפים תמורה מצוינת למחיר הצוות היה נחמד ועזר בהכל נבוא שוב
צוות מקסים, קיבלנו את החדר שעה לפני הצ'ק אין ושדרגו את החדר ללא עלות. מיקום מרכזי, הכל היה כמו שצריך...שווה את התמורה (:
