Absolutely amazing experience with a private terrace with the Caldera view
Pros:

Absolutely amazing experience having a private terrace with the Caldera view and overlooking Oia. You feel luxurious in the classic Santorini vibe while at the same time you get more privacy and intimacy as Imerovigli is not as busy as Fira/Oia

When you book remember to choose the rooms mentioning clearly private terrace. They also have a shared pool.

The facilities of the room, the private hot tub, the breakfast, the hotel staff were top notch.

We highly recommend it and we will gladly rebook !

Hotelli oli aivan Imeroviglin laidalla, rauhallisessa paikassa. Omalta uima-altaalta oli upea näkymä auringonlaskuun.

Decepção com o quarto reservado no Booking. a descrição não corresponde à realidade.
Pros:

Da vista, incrível da caldeira. Cama confortável e quarto de bom tamanho. Deixavam disponível agua e capsulas de café todos os dias. Localização boa, apesar de algumas escadas para chegar ao hotel, não eram muitas e havia um funcionário nos aguardando para ajudar a carregar as malas até a recepção.

Cons:

O café da manhã, só podiamos tomar uma única xicara de café (ou qq bebida quente) mas era apenas uma! Apesar de termos que selecionar, no dia anterior, o que seria servido na manhã seguinte, havia bons igredientes. E no primeiro dia não pude tomar o café no horário que eu desejava pq qdo fiz o check in já não havia mais disponibilidade para o primeiro horário, eles servem um número especificos de quartos a cada hora.
O pior que ocorreu foi o mal entendido na reserva, que a meu ver foi decorrente da falsa informação na descrição do quarto disponível no Booking. Reservei o "Quarto Superior com hidromassagem ou piscina PRIVATIVA". Esperava um quarto com uma varanda e a piscina, sem acesso a outros apartamentos, ou seja, sem vizinhos, era isso que mostravam as fotos do Booking inclusive. Mas, para minha surpresa não foi isso que encontramos. O quarto era localizado na área comum do hotel, na área da piscina, dividindo o espaço com outros três quartos. Havia sim uma hidro disponivel para a minha unidade, que tinha não mais que 1,20m de largura num buraco escondido, mas localizado na mesma área da piscina com acesso e totalmente visível aos outros hospedes. Ou seja NADA PRIVATIVO! Tenham cuidado ao escolher este quarto, não vá com expectativa de ter uma hidro privativa, numa área privativa!
Além disso, esta área da piscina comum era totalmente devassada à rua. As pessoas passam na calçada há 1,5m da piscina, na mesma calçada onde passam turistas e funcionários dos hotéis ao redor, fluxo intenso de pessoas ali.

Le suites hanno a disposizione delle terrazze private. che in realtà non lo sono perché il personale dell’hotel e gli altri clienti ci passano più volte al giorno. La suites che ci è stata assegnata non era quella che avevamo prenotato ma un presunto upgrade. La vasca idromassaggio era a una temperatura troppo elevata era praticamente inutilizzabile.

Veramente perfetta!
Pros:

Camera superior molto ampie e comode. Letto fantastico, noi avevamo la piscina privata su una terrazza con vista caldera, dove viene servita la colazione privata. Disponibilità e servizi offerti ottimi. Posizione ottima, che non richiede di fare i mille scalini tipici di un pò tutta Santorini
