Not a 5-Star Experience

While the hotel has a nice atmosphere, it is not a true 5-star hotel in our opinion. We’ve stayed in many 5-star and even 7-star hotels around the world, and this experience doesn’t meet that standard.

The room was much smaller than expected, housekeeping was minimal, and cleanliness could be improved. We repeatedly asked for our private pool to be cleaned, but the bottom of the pool remained dirty throughout our stay. We also found lizards in the room, dirty dishes were left outside our room for two days before being collected, and one of the electrical sockets was coming out of the wall, which is a safety concern.

Overall, the hotel has potential, but the service, maintenance, and attention to detail are not what we expect from a 5-star property.

We hah an absolutely amazing stay at Bill and coo - even before we arrived I knew we had picked the right hotel . They made all our beach club and restaurant reservations .
Their attention to detail does not go unnoticed.
The staff are all so friendly and accommodation and can’t do enough for you.
We had an early morning check out and they packed us a “ to go “ breast fast to take on the plane . Would definitely recommend them to any one looking for an upmarket stay in Mykonos ,

We stayed at Bill & Coo during our trip to Mykonos and it exceeded every expectation. The property itself is stunning, elegant and serene with gorgeous views, but what really sets this hotel apart is the staff.

Before we even arrived, the concierge team secured reservations for us at places we never could have gotten into on our own. Our last night, my husband left his phone in an Uber, and the staff went above and beyond to help us track it down and get it back. They treated our problem like it was their own, and that kind of genuine care is rare.

Beautiful hotel, flawless service, and a team that anticipates everything. We can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Mykonos.

Loved our stay. Gorgeous location and we were able to walk to the town very easily. Everyone was friendly and happy to help in anyway.

We visited Bill & Coo for brunch having just arrived on the ferry from Syros and prior to catching our flight back to London from Mykonos. We were keen to see the hotel for our family travel business. We rang twice in advance (three days before and the morning of) to check it would be OK to have breakfast or lunch at the hotel and to then relax before going to the airport. We were assured it was possible and the hotel confirmed our booking in the restaurant. However, when we arrived, we were informed that breakfast was full and it would not be possible to get lunch for another hour. This is despite having had a telephone conversation with the hotel 20 minutes before arriving who confirmed that the all day menu would “of course be available as soon as we arrived”. The staff were reluctant to welcome us. We felt discriminated against for not having a room booking at the hotel. After a long morning of travel and a long afternoon of travel ahead, this was extremely disappointing, even more so as I am 6 months pregnant and was in need of some time to sit down and some food. We will not be recommending this hotel to our clients.

I've just departed Mykonos after three exceptional nights at Bill & Coo, and I wanted to share the experience because it genuinely deserves to be recognized.

From the very first welcome to the daily smiles, the staff remembering my name, the quality of the breakfast, and every small detail in between, the hospitality here is top tier. The level of care from the team was second to none.

I don't say this lightly: this was the best stay I've had in Mykonos, and I've stayed at a number of five-star properties across Mykonos, Crete, and Patmos. Bill & Coo sets a standard entirely of its own.

My best friend and I absolutely loved our stay at Bill & Coo Mykonos. We stayed at the hillside location, which had amazing views and the best sunset views.

We enjoyed the poolside menu, the gorgeous Yevo menu, the accommodations, and the spectacular staff who made our stay a top notch experience. I highly recommend Bill & Coo Mykonos and would stay there again in a heart beat!

From the moment we arrived at Bill&Coo, we felt like family and that feeling never left. Every single member of the staff was warm, genuinely curious about us, and made hosting feel personal rather than transactional. That kind of authentic care is rare, and it set the tone for everything.
The property itself is intimate and beautifully curated… the kind of aesthetic that feels intentional without being overdone. The views are absolutely breathtaking… the best place to see the sunset. The beach access made it even better. Dinner at the restaurant was a standout experience. Our waiter Bruno was exceptional…attentive, warm, and made the whole meal feel special. When the chef came out, introduced himself, and took a moment to connect with us personally, it elevated the evening in a way you don't forget. And then there's the bar. Later in the night, the bar staff…. Bruno, Stefanos, and Lef didn't just serve us… they laughed with us and made us feel like we'd known them for years…. That energy is everything.

Bill&Coo is the kind of place you don't just visit…you return to it. I would go back in a heartbeat, and honestly, it will be my home every time I'm in Mykonos.

The staff here are absolutely incredible, everyone has great pride and take so much care into their work. The breakfast is the best of the best. And I had a massage here and definitely the best I’ve ever had.
