Superbe endroit et excellente nourriture !
Pros:

Bel emplacement, chambre confortable avec vue sur la mer et la piscine, personnel sympathique, beaucoup d’animations vu que c’est un hôtel principalement occupé par le Club Marmara, super petit déjeuner.

Cons:

La télé ne fonctionnait pas mais nous n’en avions pas vraiment besoin !

All in all good vacation
Pros:

The hotel and its long beach are great, we were with our son, enjoyed the sea that was really warm and clean, enjoyed the stay on the beach under the palm tree, meals were amazing and there was type of food for every taste. Staff are polite and always helpful, the rooms are clean…
There are two pools for kids and adults and both are clean and the water is warm and nice…
Really good place to stay and have a family holiday :)

Cons:

The animators and the agency (club Marmara) that was responsible for animating the people are the only bad point in this place. They are very disrespectful and discriminatory against anyone that is not French or does not understand or speak French. So us and other guests at the hotel that wasn’t speaking French were left behind, and for the French guests they were going specifically to each person, informing them for the activities, giving only them special letters and notes what will happen next, when the parties will be and everything… The worst part of this that made us feel bad was when we took our kid in the small play house where the Animators were playing and drawing and gave toys to the French kids, i was rudely told to leave the room because they don’t accept any other kid except French. This is the only bad part of our stay in the hotel.

Super Resort!
Pros:

Das wunderschöne Resort bietet weitläufige Grünflächen, Palmen, die bis ans Meer reichen, zahlreiche Sonnenschirme und Liegestühle sowie einen eigenen Strand (mit Kieselsteinen). Unser Bungalow lag direkt am Meer und hatte einen kleinen Garten. Alle Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption und die Managerin waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und kümmerten sich um alles, was wir brauchten (Upgrade). Das abendliche Buffet (vom Küchenchef zubereitet) war fantastisch mit einer riesigen Auswahl! Die bar am Pool war sehr gemütlich und bot gute Preise. Es gibt einen großen Parkplatz innerhalb des Resorts (mit Wachdienst am Eingang). Außerdem wurde ein Animationsprogramm für französischsprachige Gäste angeboten. Wir sind sehr zufrieden!

The beautiful Resort has large areas with greenery, palm trees down to the sea, plenty of umbrellas and sun loungers and its own beach (with pebbles). The bungalow we stayed in was in front of the sea with its own small garden. All the staff at the reception and the female manager were very kind and served us with everything we needed (upgrade). The evening buffet (by Chef) was fantastic with endless choices! The beach-bar near the pool was very comfortable with good prices. Large parking inside the Resort (guard at the entrance). There was also an animation program for French-speaking visitors. We are very happy!

Needs renovation immediately!!! Everything smells very bad !! Sheets, towels, the old bathroom…

The location, the food was very good and the staff were all very friendly and helpful and polite!

Cons:

Very old premises, the towels smelled like eggs… no softener , very bad odor!! Bed was so old and hard, the sheets must be there more than 20 years!!

95% of the visitors are from Tui Marmara Club, French, and the entertainers are screaming like crazy on the microphone… !

Location right on the beach, with an amazing view

Cons:

The hotel unfortunately did not live up to its price or its 4* rating. The rooms were not equipped with the amenities you would expect from a 4* hotel, and the entire property felt outdated, shabby, and in need of renovation.

Cleanliness was also a significant issue. While the areas that were visibly cleaned were fine, many other areas clearly had not been cleaned thoroughly. The outdoor furniture was very worn and visibly dirty, and the beach chairs were equally disappointing, as if they had not been properly cleaned in a long time.

Overall, I expected a much higher standard for the price and the 4-star rating. The location and surroundings were pleasant, but the condition and cleanliness of the facilities unfortunately took away from the experience.

אחלה מלון רק חשוב מאוד לקחת בחשבון שזה קלאב הכל סגור של מועדון חברים צרפתי. כל הפעילות המאוד רועשות שיש מסביב לשעון הם בצרפתית בלבד. כל שהילדים לא מעורבים ולא יכולים לקחת חלק. תחושה של זרות ושונות. הרעש מחריש אוזניים כיוון שמדובר במערכת הגברה רצינית שמופעלת על ידי צוות הוואי בצרפתית במרכז הבריכה .
אם כבר מגיעים לקחת בונגלוס ולא חדר רגיל במלון. הבונגלוסים מול הים ומבודדים ומאפשרים שקט.
תכלס מלון ברמה טובה אבל כףבדיעבד עם כל מה שיש בפנים הייתי נמנע בהחלט. מאוד קולני ושונה מכל החוויות היווניות שלי לאורך השנים.

Ωραίο πρωινο,ωραίο φαγητο γενικά.. άνετα και καθαρά δωμάτια. Ωραίο pool bar, ωραίο γήπεδο τένις μπασκετ. Καθαρή θάλασσα, Ωραία πισινα. Ευγενέστατο και εξυπηρετικοτατο προσωπικο

Cons:

Μικρή η πισινα για τον κόσμο που έχει το ξενοδοχείο. Η θάλασσα είναι με μεγάλες πέτρες μέσα έξω και θες οπωσδήποτε παπουτσια θαλάσσης. Το pool bar δεν έχει φαγητό μετά τις 6 οπότε εάν δεν είχες ημιδιατροφή η δεν ήθελες να φας στο μπουφέ έπρεπε να βγεις έξω.

Good outside area very wide opening to the sea.

Its an older hotel from the 70-80 the rooms are very small and the ac was blowing continuously to get to 22 C
