The transfer service from the port to our accommodation and from our accommodation to the port is available at an extra charge of €4 per person from 7:00 AM until 11:00 PM.
Between 11:00 PM and 3:00 AM, the charge is €7 per person.
Advance reservation is required for the transfer service.

Pros:

La struttura gode di una vista spettacolare sulla piramide di Ios. Si può usufruire della piscina (e del bar) dalle 9 del mattino fino ad orario tramonto. La camera era molto spaziosa e pulita. Colazione abbastanza, ma non troppo, varia sia di dolce che di salato.

Cons:

L'hotel è in una posizione molto alta e per questo risulta un po' scomodo uscire e rientrare autonomamente (nonostante la Chora sia a pochi metri di distanza), essendo la salita abbastanza ripida. Per fortuna l'hotel dà almeno la possibilità di usufruire di uno shuttle al costo di 4€ da a per il porto. Si può arrivare a piedi alla spiaggia di Mylopotas con un po' di buona volontà, e prendere al ritorno l'autobus che arriva alla Chora. Fuori dalla camera c'era un tendone che ha cigolato tutta la notte, essendo una zona molto ventilata ne suggerirei la rimozione dato il costante movimento.

Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine super Lage.
Der Gastgeber hat uns am Hafen abgeholt und uns auch wieder hingefahren. Auch hat er das ATV für unseren Aufenthalt organisiert. Alles super.

Όμορφη θέα, αλλά δεν αρκεί

Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία κοντά στη χώρα με εκπληκτική θέα.
Άνετα δωμάτια.
Καλό πρωινό.
Πρόθυμο και ευγενικό προσωπικό.

Cons:

Το δωμάτιο, ειδικά στο χώρο του μπάνιου είχε φθορές και σκουριές στη βρύση, στα πόμολα και σε άλλα σημεία. Ζητήσαμε αλλαγή δωματίου κάτι που πραγματοποιήθηκε, το οποίο είναι θετικό.
Το νέο δωμάτιο ήταν καλύτερο αλλά ο κλιματισμός δε μπορούσε να δροσίσει ικανοποιητικά το δωμάτιο (όσο δυνατά κι αν τον ρυθμίζαμε) και η τηλεόραση δε λειτουργούσε.
Γενικά χρειάζονται βελτιώσεις στα δωμάτια και περισσότερη προσοχή στη συντήρηση του εξοπλισμού, ώστε να ανταποκρίνεται το κατάλυμα στη ζητούμενη τιμή (140€+ τη βραδιά στη περίπτωσή μας), κάτι που τώρα δε συμβαίνει σε καμία περίπτωση.

Panorama eccezionale. Colazione varia e abbondante

condizionatore obbligatorio non tanto per le temperature (sempre gradevoli grazie al vento) quanto per le zanzare. Purtoppo il condizionatore era molto rumoroso. Toilette senza finestre un po' stretta

Wonderful staff
Pros:

All of the staff were all great. Super fun, kind and helpful. The pool itself was nice too. Having breakfast at the property was a bonus as well as daily housekeeping and The view is fantastic!

Cons:

Unfortunately the room had sewage issues in the bathroom every night so it smelled pretty bad. The towels were so old they felt like sand paper, the beds were super old and some should have been replaced. There were ants in our room and dirty floors. The pool chairs, some were broken and incredibly uncomfortable. It didn’t look like anything was really cleaned up there so seating was limited. We really wanted to like the hotel because of the staff which were great but for the money we spent, we were pretty disappointed in that regard.

Εξαιρετικο ξενοδοχειο με καταπληκτικη θεα στην χωρα της Ιου. Ευκολη προσβαση με αμαξι παντα. Μοναδικο επιπεδο καθαριοτητας. Δεν εχουμε επισκεφθει πιο καθαρο δωματιο. Ιδανικο για οικογενειες με παιδια. Εξτρα μπονους η πισινα & το πρωινο. Σας ευχαριστουμε πολυ για την φιλοξενια σας.

Pros:

Très bon emplacement, proche de la ville avec une vue exceptionnelle sur Chora et le coucher du soleil.
Bon petit déjeuner.
Ménage quotidien et serviettes changées tous les jours.
Piscine et parking.
Musée Gaïtis à 250 m.

Cons:

La chambre 18 séparée de la chambre 17 avec une planche de contre-plaqué faisant office de cloison.
Impossible de dormir avec le genre de voisins bruyants comme on a eu.
Le boss nous a changé de chambre après 4 nuits pour une vraie chambre.
Et après que du bonheur..

Great location but dodgy to have not given us the room we paid for.
Pros:

Pool and view were amazing. Location was great.

Cons:

We paid for a room with a view for 2 nights. But they did not give us that room for the first night and made a 2 person room into a 3 person room so it was very squashy. We probably only got the room we paid for on the second night because we asked.

Pros:

Lovely people , good views

Cons:

Dirty.the air conditioner was leaking the whole night the room was microscopic and smelled like shit . We had a different room booked our last day ,and the room was much larger than the first one but I found two bugs under my sheets .
