Pros:

Belle vue sur la mer, l hôtel n est pas a la hauteur d un 4 étoiles, le buffet du dîner était limite. Petit déjeuner correct. Belle piscine.

Pool. Ausblick beim Essen. Frühstück und Abendessen. Sehr sauber. Zimmerausstattung. Nettes Personal. Genug kostenlose Parkplätze.

Cons:

Kein direkter Zugang zum Meer obwohl direkt am Meer. Abgelegen gelegen. Getränke beim Abendessen nicht kostenlose, auch nicht stilles Wasser.

La piscina, la gentilezza del.personale che mi ha fatto pesare meno i due giorni di ritardo causa sciopero. La pulizia era ottima e la stanza pulita e moderna con una splendida vista sul mare e sulla piscina.

Cons:

Mancava un ascensore e purtroppo ho qualche problema di gambe di cui però non ho avvertito. Non si riusciva ad avere l'acqua fredda, anche quella del w.c. era calda. Non mi è piaciura la mezza pensione con bevande e caffè esclusi per la cena. il menù potrebbe essere più vario.

Pros:

The room was big and the pool was clean. Also the sheets were clean.

Cons:

The food was bad. Very low quality products. We had breakfast once and dinner once. Then we had to go out every day because the hotel had almost the same food every single day.
The welcome plate with fruits in the room had orange with mold!
The staff at the restaurant treated only german people professionally, the others were treated with simple ignorance, completely !
The balcony was big, but imposible to use since the AC device was exactly on the balcony and was spreading hot air hard to breathe.
In one room the air conditioning was blasting cold air even when set to 26 degrees. In the other room the AC was working okay.
NO MOSQUITO NET. If you want to sleep with the balcony door open, prepare to be eaten alive by bugs.
The whole building seemed very very old, and it had only some paint coat apllied to give it a fresher look.
The shower in both rooms had issues with the pressure and temperature: regardless of how cold you set it, scalding hot water would run every 15-20 seconds. Showed the staff and they did nothing about it.
The distance from the beach is about 15 min walking to Panormos beach and 30-40 min driving distance from Rethymno. I dont recommend the hotel for young people. The hotel was full with people over 80 !

Pros:

Nous vous donnons la note de 9/10. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. Les services et les équipements sont de qualité, et le personnel est sympathique et attentionné. L'hôtel est très propre, aussi bien à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur. L'environnement est agréable, calme et reposant. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et recommandons cet hôtel.

Le personnel très bien surtout la jeune femme de chambre qui était très à notre écoute

Cons:

L'accueil par 2 messieurs très froid, et l'un d'eux toujours sur nos talons à nous épier même la femme qui était à la réception le matin à notre départ

Alles war sehr gut und angenehm. Das Zimmer war toll, auch die Aussicht und das Essen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

La literie, un ressort dans le dos très désagréable
