Pros:

Loved the fact that we stayed in the zoo and had free access for all of our stay

Cons:

A bit expensive, the fact that you had to buy a lot of things, including water. But you can manage the stay with the help of the employees, asking for filtered water from the kitchen. We bought ours because I like bottled more.

Wspaniały pobyt! Pokoje pachną czystością, a personel jest niezwykle miły i uśmiechnięty. Śniadania i obiadokolacje smaczne. Świetna lokalizacja przy samym zoo z możliwością wejścia na jego teren o każdej porze to absolutny hit i wygoda przy dziecku. Na pewno tu wrocimy

Jedyna mała sugestia – obiadokolacje mogłyby zaczynać się nieco wcześniej niż o 18:00, co byłoby wygodniejsze, zwłaszcza przy dzieciach

Pros:

Nagyon tetszett minden. Jó volt, hogy többször is át lehetett menni a szoba kártyával az állatkertbe. Nagyon kellemes szálloda gyerekekkel. Szuper hétvégét töltöttünk ott.

This was our fourth stay at this hotel, and once again, it delivered the exact same high standard of hospitality and cleanliness we’ve come to expect.
It is perfectly designed for families with children, yet equally suited for anyone looking for a great stay. Personally, I would have appreciated having fried eggs or soft-boiled eggs—at least one of the two—available at breakfast. Other than that, everything was great, with a wonderful and varied selection for both breakfast and dinner.
