Cons:

Délután 1 órakor érkeztünk a szállodába a kislányommal ketten. Úgy hirdetik a szállást, hogy korlátlan belépést biztosít az állatkertbe. De csak delután 2 óra után, miután megkaptad a szobakártyát. Én ezt nagyon gagyinak és kicsinyesnek találom így. Fizessem ki arra az 1 órára a jegyemet egész napra? Vagy szobrozzak a 2 évesemmel addig az aulában?
Arról is érdemes beszélni, hogy amikor beléptem a szállodába a recepciós úr olyan attitűddel fogadott, hogy kellemetlenül éreztem magam. Jó hogy azt nem kérdezte meg hogy minek mentem oda. A hölgyek kifejezetten kedvesek voltak a szállodában.

Bardzo ładny hotel, czysty, miła obsługa.
Wejście bezpośrednio do zoo.
Pyszne jedzenie

Cons:

Zdziwiło nas, że podczas kolacji nie było nic do picia. Zapytaliśmy kelnera czy jest coś do picia. Zapytał co byśmy chcieli. Poprosiliśmy o 2 wody i 2 soki. Przyniósł nam je wraz z rachunkiem za nie. Pierwszy raz się spotykamy z taką sytuacją:)

Szuper elhelyezkedés, gyönyörű hotel, tökéletesen tiszta szoba. A kis erkély is hangulatos. A reggeli és a vacsora is kiváló volt, a hotel munkatársai pedig kedvesek, barátságosak és nagyon segítőkészek voltak. Az állatpark is lenyűgöző! Csak ajánlani tudom!

Very good experience.
Pros:

Located right near the Zoo, very nice that you have access directly from the hotel garden into the Zoo. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very, very, very clean.

Cons:

Maybe some things need more attention (like some chipped furniture) but overall it doesn't affect the quality of your stay.

Pros:

Nagyon jó az elhelyezkedése a szállodának. Közel van a fürdő, külön bejárattal rendelkezik az állatkertbe. Tiszta,rendezett környezet.

Cons:

Az ètelekkel nem voltunk megelégedve! Reggelinèl minden hideg volt,ami meleg kellett volna,hogy legyen! Kevés a választèk úgy a reggelinèl mint a vacsoránál is. Annyit nem èr,mint amennyibe kerül! A szálloda egèsz területén be kellene tiltani a rollerezèst!

mărimea camerei , formatul hotelului, organizarea la mic dejun si cina varietate imensă de mancare pentru toate gusturile

Rugină pe tocul ușii de la baie, furtun de la duș prea rigid un declansator de lumină statea sa se desprindă seif ne functional și pe balcon se mișcau dalele de gresie.
