Pros:

We had an exceptionally lovely break. The food was delicious and varied, they took great care of us despite having various food intolerances. We felt that they genuinely cared about the guests and wanted us to have a great time, this means all of their staff members: reception, cleaning, catering and wellness.
The beds were comfortable and the view over the mountains and the river was incredible.
We went hiking during the day and had a relaxing few hours at the spa before dinner each day.
The smiles of the staff that greeted us everywhere made such a difference.
We'd love to return soon.

Cons:

The hotel's spa and pools are being refurbished so the remaining areas that are still open can get a bit crowded and noisy, especially over the weekends. Nevertheless, this hopefully won't be an issue once the works are completed.

Aug .20-i hosszú hétvége
Pros:

Nagyon szép és kényelmes szobánk volt .
A wellnessben a medencék tiszták voltak ,az élményelemek viszont nem működtek sokszor órákig !
A foglaláskor nem tájékoztattak,hogy a fürdő belső terében felújítás folyik,ezért a női és férfi mosdó egyben volt !
Az ételek változatosak ,de nem mindig voltak melegek !
Gyümölcsből viszont lehett volna többféle,hiszen nyáron bőséges a kínálat !
Gyerekes családoknak sokféle program volt ,de az esti felnőtt előadásoktól nem voltam elragadtatva !
A teraszon kevés volt az ülőhely,aki nem érkezett időben az sétikált,vagy leült a kőkorlátra !
Összességében jól éreztük magunkat ,de van min javítani !

Cons:

A felújításról elfelejtettek értesíteni a foglaláskor !

Pros:

a szoba normális volt és kényelmes, a környezet gyönyörű. Az ételek finomak voltak.

Cons:

sajnos a fürdő az építkezés miatt nagyon zsúfolt volt és sajnos nem is volt előre az építkezésről infomrácio. AZ ár-érték arány nagyon nem volt jó. Nagyon drága ahhoz, amit nyújt.
