Der Angestellte war nicht gerade freundlich.

Frühstück war etwas mager, kein frisches Brot/Brötchen

Im Badezimmer fehlte die Halterung für den Duschkopf.

Die Person an der Rezeption war sehr arrogant. Ich hatte 7 Tage im Voraus bezahlt, aber aus familiären Gründen mussten wir bereits nach dem ersten Aufenthalt zurückkehren.
Wir gingen mit dem Hund spazieren und ließen den Schlüssel an der Rezeption. Als wir zurückkamen, wollte die Person uns nicht ins Zimmer lassen. Unser Gepäck war noch dort. Wir waren gerade einmal 5 Minuten drinnen und wollten frühstücken. Die Person verlangte, dass wir den Schlüssel vor dem Frühstück abgeben, und überwachte die ganze Zeit, was wir taten, als wären wir Terroristen. Wir haben für 7 Nächte bezahlt und nur eine Nacht dort verbracht.
Eine bessere Behandlung der Gäste wäre das Mindeste.

Przyjemny pobyt w miasteczku Vacz w drodze z południa na północ Europy.

Augusztusban voltam egy éjszakát. Érkezéskor nagy flakonos szénsavas és szénsav mentes ásványvíz volt a szobai hűtőbe bekészítve, mely a hotel ajándéka volt.Rugalmas porta szolgálat. Éjszaka értem a szállasra egy színházi előadásról. Telefonaltam a portára, kinyitottak a kaput, nem volt semmilyen gond ebből. Bőséges reggeli volt még 9 óra után is, pedig tele volt vendégekkel a szállás.

Nem tudok ilyent említeni.

The room felt large it was a good size and it had air conditioning room seemed clean as well

Cons:

The decoration will not suit everybody, breakfast was ok, but the staff did not seem professional (sat around talking, not servicing buffet or clearing plates, sat by entrance smoking)

Pros:

Tiszta, rendezett szobák, és nagyon kedves a személyzet. Számunkra fontos szempont volt, hogy közel a busz és vonat állomás, és a belváros is gyalog kb. negyed óra.

Kényelmes szoba jó ár-érték aránnyal.
Pros:

Reggeli: kifogástalan volt, minden friss volt és kellő mennyiségben újratöltötték.
Környék: csendes hely, pár perc sétára a belvárostól, zárt parkolóval.

Cons:

Nem volt ilyen. Minden megfelelt a várakozásaimnak.
