Nagyon hangulatos hotel. Gyönyörű belső kialakítás. Kedves szemêlyzet.

Minden nagyon jó volt a felszolgálás, információ,tisztaság,kényelmes volt a szállás, kedvesek voltak a felszólgálok minden jó volt
A recepciós urak nagyon kedvesek és segítőkészek voltak, a takarítószemélyzet is kedves és barátságos volt.
A klíma nem igazán hűtötte a szobát, de szerencsénkre nem volt túl meleg. A wellness részleg nem volt rossz de lehetett volna jobb, kár hogy csak napi 1x lehet igénybe venni függetlenül a szabad helyektől

The good:
The hotel has a convenient parking area, which was definitely a plus. The small spa area is also a nice feature and, in our opinion, is suitable for two people, or perhaps up to four at most.
The building and common areas:
The exterior of the building is interesting, and the hallways have a certain charm, possibly due to the building being historic or quite old. However, the hotel is rated as 4-star, and unfortunately, we feel that this rating is too generous based on our experience. There are no balconies, and overall, the property seems to need quite a bit of maintenance and renovation.
The room:
The room was much smaller than it appeared in the photos and felt very cramped. There were chipped areas on the walls, peeling paint, stained wallpaper, and visible marks around the window area. There were also some rather improvised-looking elements on the ceiling.
We were particularly surprised by the lack of basic amenities. This was our first experience in a supposedly 4-star hotel where there wasn't even a small packet of tea or coffee in the room, let alone a kettle. There were also not enough glasses provided.
The bathroom:
The bathroom was not in the condition we would expect from a 4-star hotel. There was a significant amount of limescale, some rust in places, and various stains. To be fair, these seemed to be marks that were probably difficult for the cleaning staff to remove, rather than a lack of effort on their part.
Air conditioning:
The air conditioning was one of the biggest problems. It was very old and completely inadequate, especially when you actually needed it. It felt more like a fan circulating the existing air than an effective air-conditioning system. Unfortunately, it did not manage to cool the room properly at all.
Cleanliness and maintenance:
Overall, the hotel could definitely do better in terms of cleanliness and maintenance. We did appreciate the effort of the housekeeping staff. They were actually among the only members of staff who spoke to us kindly and genuinely tried to help us when needed.
Staff and service:
Our experience with the reception staff was mixed.
