Pros:

A személyzet nagyok kedves volt, a kiszolgálás szuper és a reggeli is nagyon finom volt.
A szálló maga látványos és nagyon eredeti volt.

Cons:

Nem lehetett kinyitni az ablakot.
Vagy legalábbis nekünk nem sikerült.

Remek hely, hangulatos, modern, kedves személyzet.
Pros:

Remek hangulat, tökéletesen felszerelt.

Cons:

Amikor hajnalban visszaértem, hogy lefekudjek aludni, vettem észre hogy valami 1-2 percenként agresszívan sípol. Túl késő volt hogy foglalkozzak vele már, de reggel arra ébredtem hogy akkor is sípolt valami.

Wystrój bardzo ładny, jak na zdjęciach. Brak zastrzeżeń

Cons:

Okna- u nas w pokoju chyba się nie otwierały a przynajmniej ja nie umiałam otworzyć.. więc skazani byliśmy na klimatyzację. Pokoje na poddaszu, parę razy w głowę się uderzyłam przy wstawaniu z łóżka, jak człowiek nie przyzwyczajony to będzie się stukać.

An unusual hotel with a quirky medieval theam. The location was excellent. Very comfortable hotel with good facilities. The staff were very helpful and the food was good. I recommend this hotel and would stay again.

Mindenkinek szeretettel ajánlom.
Pros:

Kiváló elhelyezkedésű szállás Eger szívében, mégis csendes, parkos környezetben. Az épület külső és belső építészetileg páratlan élményt, látványt nyújt. A Fantasy világ köré épített varázslattal átszőtt berendezés és kialakítás egy olyan kikapcsolódást nyújt, ami nem mindennapi feltöltődést, életérzést kínál. (MegtaláljukA bőséges svédasztalos reggeliből semmi nem hiányzott, a személyzet kiszolgálása, kedvessége kifogástalan volt. A szobák tisztasága, felszereltsége is teljesen rendben volt. Gratulálunk a tulaj ötletes megoldásaihoz, és köszönjük a személyzet munkáját!
