Wundervoller Unterkunft mitten im Dschungel
Pros:

Ja wo soll man anfangen. Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön gelegen am Fluss mitten im Dschungel von bukit Lawang. Wurden von einem super herzlichen und guten Fahrer abgeholt und dann erstmal mit einem kostenlosen Upgrade begrüßt. Das Zimmer war ein absoluter Traum mit direktem Blick von der Terrasse in den Dschungel und Affen am Balkon.

Haben über die Unterkunft direkt ein 2Tages Dschungel Trekking organisiert. War zwar etwas teurer aber dafür umso schöner. Hatten mit Ican und Rico zwei ganz wundervolle, herzliche und humorvolle Guides die für alle Fragen zur Verfügung standen und immer gut gelaunt waren. Haben so viele Orang utana und andere Tiere gesehen und die Übernachtung im Dschungel war ein absolutes Erlebnis.

Für uns wurde abends gekocht und super liebevoll aufgetischt mit Kerzen direkt am Fluss. Geschmacklich war es wahnsinnig lecker. In der Unterkunft gab's dann noch eine tolle Massage die im Preis inbegriffen war.

Auch das Essen in der Unterkunft war ganz toll und preislich angemessen. Abends wurde gemeinsam gesungen was der Unterkunft noch mehr Charme gegeben hat. Es hätte nichts besser sein können.

Dachungelfeeling in einer wunderbaren Unterkunft
Pros:

Come as friend, leave as family. Das Motto hier ist daily business. Das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich und offen. Das Essen ist hervorragend und frisch. Die Zimmer sind wunderschön mit einem tollen Blick auf den Fluss und den Dschungel. Das Dschungeltrekking war das Highlight unserer dreiwöchigen Indonesienreise. Es wurde perfekt organisiert und die Guides waren absolute Profis! Top Empfehlung!
Die Lage ist zwar sehr abgelegen, 3-4h Fahrt von Medan, aber nur so hat man das totale Dschungelfeeling.

Cons:

Das Bett war ziemlich hart und es gab leider nur ein "Tuch" als Bettdecke, was bei der Klimaanlage ziemlich kalt war. Aber nichts, was die 10-Sterne-Bewertung oder die Empfehlung hier zu übernachten mindern könnte!

Pros:

El personal increíble. Nos facilitaron nuestra estancia a todos los niveles.
La habitación muy limpia, cómoda y bonita. Tiene unas vistas espectaculares.
Se respira mucha paz y tranquilidad, alejado del ruido, solo naturaleza.
Especial mención a nuestros guías por la jungla Anton y Rido. Fueron excelentes, nos sentimos muy cómodos y su trabajo hizo que la aventura fuera inolvidable.

Mellow travellers will love it.
Pros:

Best riverfront patio for food in Bukit Lawang. Great spot to go in the river for a swim. Excellent staff who are friendly and detail oriented. Easy to book tours and rides back to the city. Prices are all overtly stated; no surprises later. Great food in the dining area (both Indonesian and western). Giant glass water dispenser in room with days and days of clean drinking water.

Cons:

I liked everything. But I imagine some people would not like certain aspects like no AC, ants building homes in the room each night, no daily housekeeping, not much warm water in shower.

Perfect place to stay for jungle tours and see oerangutang
Pros:

Good location for jungle track and realy good service from the employees. We arrived and we got a warm welcome with hot home made jungle tea. Everything was arranged for us, from airport pick up to jungle tour. The room was hot sometimes but with some ventilation its no problem.

Cons:

One day we woke up with small bugs in our bed. Luckily the staff was so friendly that they changed our sheets immediately. Afterwards we had no problem.

Mooi hotel op een prachtige plek
Pros:

Het hotel ligt prachtig naast de rivier in Bukit Lawang. Bij binnenkomst kregen we direct een welkomstdrankje. De menukaart van het restaurant is erg uitgebreid (ook veel lekkere Westerse opties die je niet snel in Bukit Lawang vindt). Verder was er een heerlijke warme douche. Ook dat is iets wat we erg op prijs stelden aan deze plek.

Best indondesian experience!
Pros:

Jungle Inn feels like home, the staff makes it feel familiar and amazing. Food is great! The location is fabulous in the middle of the jungle and everything is absolutely comfortable. Also the orangutan trekking was a 20/10, it was an amazing experience that I would repeat. The guides Alde and Anto made this time unforgettable.

Its a shame we didn't get to stay longer, our plans changed late meaning we arrived at midnight and checked out first thing in the morning. However, the staff were very accommodating with everything, the place was nice and clean, and it was in a wonderful location!!

Pros:

Super rodzinna atmosfera, fajnie położony nad rzeką, dobre jedzenie i pięknie podane. Dodatkowo skorzystaliśmy z trekkingów po dżungli zorganizowanych przez hotel i wszystko było dopasowane do naszych potrzeb. Szczerze polecam ten hotel i to miasteczko. Love you guys!

Exceptional and fabulous. Best resort in Bukit Lawag. Highly recommended.
Pros:

Exceptional hospitality. From connecting prior to arrival to the welcome and the facilities provided, extremely persoanlised and tailored to be individualised and warm. Food is excellent, decoration of the food is ultilmate. The local fare is fabulous, loads of fruits and veggies. The BEST place to stay in Bukit Lawang undoubtedly.

Cons:

Not a single thing was out of place. they think of every small thing to ensure that you have a comfortable and satisfying stay. These guys are the epitome of hospitality. EVery staff member deserves a round of applause.

Do not hesitate perfectly organized from booing to flight home. Perfect place and people.
Pros:

Everything. From booking until returning to the airport everything was perfect. Very honest and clear communication. Lovely room, perfect location, fantastic staff and honestly some of the best food I have had not only in Indonesia but world wide. Huge shout out to the chief. Do not hesitate to book one of the best places I have stayed. If you are worried about being picked up or dropped off etc just don’t they planned everything. Will definitely be back.

Cons:

Just not long enough there. Next time will be for a couple of weeks not days.
