Lovely room and garden. Good sized pool. Short walk to the beach. Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall a great place to stay in Seminyak .
The pool could use a decent clean.
Did not expect to be so close (max 5mns walk) to the best sunset spot around Bali while being in such a quiet environment. And NO I never felt unsafe (as I could read in one previous comment).
The host was very accommodating and discreet.
Maybe one thing to improve is the location of the AC (external engine), which is a bit distant from the indoor box and thus making the AC less performant than what it should be. This is only for the 1st floor room. But the rest is perfect.

Очаровательный небольшой гестхаус в балийском стиле с большим бассейном и ухоженным садом в тихом месте. Рядом все что нужно, до пляжа 5 минут. Мы здесь второй раз, и стало только лучше!! Сейчас на ремонте номер на первом этаже отдельного бунгало, доступен второй этаж в бунгало и стандартные номера в одноэтажном здании. Большое спасибо хозяевам за заботу, доброжелательность и большой труд по поддержанию такого хозяйства в идеальном состоянии!

Quiet and close to shops. Friendly and helpful staff. Good internet. Excellent transport to the airport at an arranged time with a good price.
There was no TV or safe in the room only a lockable closet.
Some info in the room with directions to the beach / shops / restaurants and maybe location of services like laundry etc would have been helpful.
The location and pool facility very nice and jungle looking well taken care of garden next to shops
The outside bathroom exposed to bugs and insects etc and if leave that door open bugs go into your floor into main room
