Dear Treebo Customer Support,

I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding my recent stay at Treebo Novis Stayz, Noida, booked under Booking ID: 9143-0463-6179. I have always trusted Treebo for its quality standards, but this experience was completely unacceptable and has severely damaged my confidence in your brand.

During my stay, I encountered the following issues:

There was no water supply on time, causing significant inconvenience.

The bathroom was extremely dirty. I even found hair left behind by the previous guest, which clearly indicates that the room was not cleaned properly before my check-in. I have a video recording as evidence.

There was no towel hanger or clothes hook in the bathroom. I had to hang my towel on the door handle.

Even the jet spray had no holder and was lying on the bathroom floor.

I requested an extra towel, but the hotel staff refused to provide one.

The reception never answered my calls, despite multiple attempts.

The room had a strong smell of cigarette smoke, even though I had specifically requested a non-smoking room.

I ordered food online, and the delivery executive handed it over to the reception. However, the receptionist never informed me, and my food remained there until it got spoiled.

There was no proper parking facility. I had to leave my car on the roadside overnight, which was completely unsafe.

Basic amenities such as a shaving kit and dental kit were not available.

When I requested the TV to be switched on, I was informed that it could not work because the recharge had expired. This is highly unprofessional for a hotel.

Treebo was once known for maintaining quality and consistency. Unfortunately, partnering with such poorly managed hotels is damaging your credibility and reputation. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had.

And the bedsheet and top sheet are not up to the mark .
