Pros:

Tout, le cadre, la verdure, le calme, le côté écolo. Le personnel est dispo île et à l'écoute, la piscine est top. Propreté exceptionnelle, le personnel passe son temps à nettoyer, toujours souriant et agréable. Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour, je recommande les yeux fermés. Merci pour cet accueil chaleureux et sincère.

Beautiful landscaped mini resort with a nice pool and good breakfasts.
Pros:

The greenery and the pool. The quietness. The breakfasts and helpful staff. The bike rental (essential for the island).

Cons:

The lighting in the rooms needs to be improved. The setup of the facility does not lend itself to meeting other guests so even though there are other people staying there isn’t a natural way to interact with them.

Fijnste plek op het eiland, kleine hide away, dicht bij zee
Pros:

Wat een schitterende plek! Zo’n prachtige tuin en schattige huisjes met allemaal kleine verwen dingen zoals een spraytje, een waaier. Lief personeel. Fietsen meteen bij te huren dat is zo fijn. We hebben genoten!

Cons:

Het was eigenlijk alleen maar fijn. Misschien iets meer keuze uit ontbijt en een sandwich extra bij het ei, dat is soms wat te weinig. Cappuccino zou ook lekker zijn. Maar prima mee te leven hoor!

Pros:

Everything was nice. Good bed, nature garden and pool, friendly staff.

Cons:

The mosquitos seem to like the garden. Luckily there's a mosquito net around the bed, but outside the net we often got bites. The hotel also provides mosquito spray.

Some of the neighbors were burning stuff and often the smoke would be in the hut a little. Walking around the island, this seems to be a widespread problem.

Perfect!
Pros:

Perfect spot, perfectly lost in the island. Really nice staff who take care of you. It’s quiet and peaceful. The swimming pool is beautiful and hidden.

Pros:

Staying at Hotel Selvática in Gili Air was amazing. The pool was beautiful, surrounded by lush greenery. The room was super comfortable, and the little details made the stay unforgettable. Highly recommend!

L emplacement, petit hôtel dans un écrin de verdure ! A quelques minutes de la plage à pied ( spot pour voir les tortues)

Ein Ort, von dem man nicht mehr abreisen möchte!
Pros:

Absolut alles! Vom super ausgestattetem Bungalow über den unglablich schönen Garten, das tolle Frühstück bis zum netten und immer sehr zuvorkommenden Personal.
Fahrradverleih, Buchung der Schnorcheltour, Wäscheservice; alles hat immer wunderbar geklappt.
So klein Gili Air auch sein mag, diese Insel bietet unglaublich viel und ist einfach ein toller und superschöner Ort.

Cons:

Dass ich nur 3 Tage statt 3 Wochen bleiben konnte.

Pros:

Die Unterkunft war wirklich großartig, in der Nähe vom Strand und doch abseits von jeglichem Trubel, und das gesamte Selvática-Team unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich habe 14 Tage! dort verbracht und mich wie zu Hause gefühlt

Нас выгнали из данного отеля уже после заселения и полной оплаты. Настойчиво постучались в дверь нашего номера. На мою просьбу обсудить это позже ответили прямо: «Это я владелица этого отеля, и мы будем это обсуждать прямо сейчас».

Сказали, что им, как владельцам отеля, некомфортно, когда я предупредил, что отражу в отзыве своё мнение насчёт зарядки моего электробайка, который, к слову, я взял на острове. После этого заявили, что прямо сейчас мне нужно собрать свои вещи и уехать из ИХ отеля.

В целом разговаривали на повышенных тонах, Выслушать и как-то пойти на компромисс даже не пытались.

Далее они начали звонить в Booking и говорить, что мы нарушаем законы Индонезии, и у них есть видео- и фотоматериалы наших лиц и факта якобы нашего «преступления». Речь идёт о езде на электробайке и просьбе его зарядить.

При этом они записали мой номер карты для возврата и телефон WhatsApp (якобы чтобы отправить деньги позже, когда приедут домой и смогут воспользоваться ноутбуком). Считаю это ложью, потому что они просто дождались, когда платформа Booking отменит бронирование, чтобы я не смог поставить им оценку и написать отзыв. И только после этого вернули деньги и написали мне сообщение в WhatsApp с очередными угрозами, чтобы я не вздумал писать о них плохой отзыв.

Я считаю это поведение абсолютно неприемлемым.

Как всё было на самом деле — опишу со своей стороны.

Мы заехали в отель, и я сразу попросил поставить на зарядку байк — он просто сел. Стафф комплекса предварительно сказал, что есть какие-то правила гостиницы: нельзя заряжать электробайки. Я удивился, потому что на парковке стоял на зарядке другой байк (гостя или кого — мне было непонятно).

Эти байки сдаются по всему острову буквально на каждом углу. Также в предыдущем отеле мы спокойно парковали и заряжали байк без каких-либо вопросов.

Я выразил своё недовольство и попросил сделать исключение — подзарядить байк ненадолго. Стафф согласился. Я прошёл на ресепшен, оплатил ночь и заселился в номер.

Pros:

Staff was super nice and welcoming. They also made the room twice a day, and the system with breakfast getting delivered to your terrace/room was really nice! They also put effort into small details like a cute "good night bag" and sun hats at the pool.
