Would definitely stay here again, we loved it

The room was comfortable, quite,A/C worked well, loved that there was 4/5 yoga classes a day, breakfast was very good

Geweldig verblijf op een goede locatie in Kuta
Pros:

De accommodatie en het terrein zijn erg schoon. Er wordt de hele dag hard gewerkt om dit zo te houden. Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en altijd in voor een praatje. De kamer was ruim en het bed lag heerlijk!

Cons:

De kamer had geen koelkast en geen tv. Vooral een koelkast was wel fijn geweest om het water te kunnen koelen.

Toller Service in allen Bereichen,
außergewöhnliches Frühstück alles sehr schön angerichtet.
Gutes Preis -Leistung Verhältnis
Sehr schönes Hotel mit liebe im Detail.
Guter Ausgangspunkt für Erkundungen .
Zum Bsp. mit Iwan Lombok Tours .
Hol und Bring Service sehr ortskundig tolle Ausflüge in deutsch oder Englisch sehr zu empfehlen.

Cons:

Die Stadt Kuta ist laut, viel Verkehr in der Stadt, leider ein dreckiger Strand .

Parfait
Pros:

Le personnel tellement sympathique, souriant et accueillant. L’hôtel est tellement propre, vraiment je n’ai jamais vu un hôtel aussi propre je pense. Le petit déjeuner est excellent, goûtez le Bircher muesli bowl il est incroyable ! Le restaurant également, super bon! Tout était parfait, je recommande à 1000% cet hôtel !

Cons:

Vraiment un mini détail mais avoir des chaussons de chambre et des fournitures de salle de bain seraient un plus.

A good standard hotel and an OK stay.
Pros:

The pools were great. There were three of them. Plenty of beds. Breakfast was also very nice. The rooms were pleasant. Staff were very helpful.

Cons:

We had two rooms and one was on the ground floor, It had two dehumidifiers and the room in general smelt damp. There were no tea or coffee making facilities in the rooms and you had to buy from the cafe/restaurant if you wanted one. Also there was free access to a local gym if you had booked direct, but we had to pay for the card if we booked via booking.com, which seem a little petty, considering the cost was minimal. Also that did make me feel was I penalised for booking this way, and was my rooms not in a great position. The ground floor room had a view of a concrete wall, although it was painted.

Great mother-daughter time
Pros:

I stayed at Rascals with my daughter for a week and we had a great time. The hotel is gorgeous; the food is great; the drinks are great. The staff are just terrific. Great massages. The location is very central and the breakfasts are spectacular.

Cons:

This is a millenials hotel and I'm an older woman. I found the steep stairs without handrails a little daunting (and I'm pretty fit and agile).
