absolutely everything !!! the staff are incredibly kind and welcoming, they all go above and beyond to make your stay amazing ! we got so many recommendations for places to eat/activities to do, the nightly bedtime chocolates were also such a treat ! Thank you to Agus, Nunik, Isa, Sugi and Lana for being the most genuine and kind people, it was hard to leave after only 4 nights and we can’t wait to come back !

So friendly and easily brought people together which is important if you are traveling solo.
Pros:

Friendly staff. Would assist you wherever they could. Very relaxed and everything you wanted.

Cons:

Maybe the towels could be changed every two days, and a pool towel provided at the beginning, or easy access to it.

Pros:

Direct aan het strand op de mooiste plekjes die je je kunt voorstellen aan het eind van de drukte dus erg stil is wat het hier zo uniek maakt.

Everything you can think of to qualify, I would give it 5 stars. Service, location, cleanliness, laundry, breakfast, commodities… Even got me a cake for my birthday, no words, best place to stay in Lombok hands out

Ottima scelta per soggiornare a Kuta!
Pros:

Non ho mai visto un’accoglienza così calorosa, si percepisce in tutto l’importanza di mettere in primo piano l’ospite. Posizione ottima perché fuori dal caos ma molto centrale. P.S. pancake buonissimi

Lovely place
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and absolutely welcoming. They were always looking for our best and making our stay perfect. The location is very good, it is very central. The rooms are lovely and have everything you need.

Cons:

There were some mosquitos in the room and no mosquito net.

Honestly, everything: location is perfect as you have all restaurants and bar super close and the staff is incredible. Thanks so much in particular to Agus, Nunik and Lana for making me feel at home and helping me book my activities. I’ll be back!!!

Che meraviglia Naia. Consigliassimo.
Pros:

L’eccellenza trovata qui a Naia è una coccola. Personale top, super cordiali e disponibili sotto ogni punto di vista. Posizione centralissima per muoversi a piedi a Kuta ma con un’atmosfera da riad super rilassante. La stanza super curata, con dettagli che fanno la differenza.

Ottima struttura per soggiornare a Kuta Lombok
Pros:

Una struttura nuovissima e pulitissima. Tutte le persone dello staff sono molto gentili e accoglienti. La struttura è stata arredata con stile e gusto. Si trova nella via centrale di Kuta Lombok quindi ci si può spostare facilmente a piedi la sera.
La struttura organizza molte attività ed escursioni super interessanti: noi abbiamo fatto il corso di cucina ed è stato molto bello! 🤩
