The place is great & the staff is marvellous - be it Iza, who does the breakfast, or Iana, Sugi, Intan or Agus - everybody really cares for you, they're exceptionally nice & friendly people and i want to say thank you once again to all of them - i had a magnificient stay at Naia Hotel :-)

Das Personal ist wirklich unglaublich freundlich, fürsorglich und hilfsbereit. Man fühlt sich als Gast mehr als willkommen. Nach dem Abendessen hatten wir auch immer noch eine kleine Süsse Aufmerksamkeit auf dem Zimmer. Die Lage ist hervorragend und sicher. Wenn ich nochmals nach Kuta Lombok kommen werde, dann zu euch!
Wenn man einen kleinen Kritikpunkt geben müsste, dann wäre es, dass das Badezimmer etwas unangenehm gerochen hat, ansonsten hat alles gepasst!
Attention to detail, services offered were great, the team was wonderful. Special thanks to Agus for always being available and helping us book activities and transportation. Everything was always very tidy and clean. I love the plants everywhere and the attempts made to be more sustainable. Also love that they support locals and cooperate with them. They are also open for feedback during your stay. So if you have enything that isn't up to your standards, you can tell them anytime and they will try their best to correct whatever didn't suit you. The price is very fair for what you get!!!

Prachtig hotel en fijne kamers! Heerlijk met een zwembad om even een lekkere duik te kunnen nemen. Ontbijt is ook prima en keuze uit verschillende gerechten. Staf is erg lief en behulpzaam! Hebben een fijn verblijf gehad.
De locatie vond ik persoonlijk wat minder fijn maar is heel persoonlijk! Ik hou niet van de drukte en heb dat wat onderschat helaas! Doet niks af aan hoe lief iedereen is en hoe goed het hotel zelf was! In de kamer hoor je niks van het geluid maar eenmaal buiten wel. Andere kant is het wel fijn dat het midden in de drukte zit waardoor je op loopafstand alle benodigdheden hebt die je wilt!
Superb place to stay - best staff in Lombok - so accomodating. Rooms and pool are incredible. I was surfing early and they made me overnight oats to take with me. Always smiling and making me feel welcome. 10/10.
The staff were wonderful, felt like home. Always so nice and clearing no the rooms everyday. The litte chocolate on the bed was 🤌. Breakfast was good!
It is very central which is very good, but there will of course be some noise from the street. But for that location, totally understandable.

The noise of the busy street adjacent to the accommodation was a bit loud at times, but luckily there's nothing of that when you're in your room :).
THE STAFF. Absolutely incredible, I’ve never stayed somewhere that has treated me so nicely. We had to leave early in the morning to the airport so they made us to go breakfast pots and left it in the fridge for us to grab as we would’ve missed the breakfast timing slots. you can really tell they care about you here. Everything was so clean, the pool is beautiful. I was a bit sceptical by how good the reviews were but there’s a reason why everyone has nothing bad to say. The location is really good (Kuta strip). They also emailed before the stay explaining about noise in the area and how they would understand if we wanted to change location. Really thoughtful in my opinion. I wish everyone the very best here, beautiful people and stay.
Our room smelt a little damp but I think that just comes hand in hand with places with this humidity!!
Cozy and friendly, on the main street in Kuta! Staff was very interested in us having a good stay and tried to help with everything!
A bit disappointed that our room was in a darker corner in front of the massage bed. On the pictures it seemed more bright. We had issues with dampness/mold in one room, but the staff seemed more mad than sorry about that. Would have loved more understanding, but after that incident everything was very nice.
We stayed 7 nights and could stay 7 more. The breakfast was great. The staff did everything to make sure it was delicious. The rooms were very clean and the staff wanted to make sure you had the best time in Lombok. We would definitely want to come back. Special thanks to Dewi !!

I had such a wonderful stay at Naia Hotel in Kuta Lombok. What truly stands out is the incredibly warm and familial atmosphere created by the entire staff — it’s honestly beautiful to witness how close and genuine everyone is. You can feel that they truly care, not just about the guests, but about each other as well.
The team is extremely attentive and flexible — extending my stay by an extra day was completely effortless. There’s a real sense that everything here is done with the goal of making guests feel comfortable and at home.
Cleanliness-wise, this was one of the best places I stayed at during my entire Indonesia trip. Everything is spotless, and you can tell that a lot of love and attention has gone into every detail of the design and interior — there’s so much heart in this place.
And the breakfast? Absolutely the best. I genuinely loved every moment here and would come back anytime.
