Cons:

Die Mitarbeiter saßen zu viert nebeneinander und waren mit ihren Handys beschäftigt, während der Pool immer ekliger wurde und die Schleimschicht immer dicker. Benutze Poolhandtücher lagen während unserer zwei Tage unangetastet auf den Liegen ( aber immerhin konnten die Katzen der Umgebung darauf schlafen).
Es gab keinen Kühlschrank im Zimmer.
Das Essen im Restaurant war alles, nur nicht thailändisch. Pad Thai ohne Tamarinde (die Bäume wachsen zumindest in der Umgebung), Massamancurry ohne Kartoffeln.
Die Dusche im Zimmer war ein Witz- es kam lediglich ein feiner kalter Nebel aus dem Duschkopf, der nicht im Ansatz in der Lage war, einen sauber zu machen. Keine Ablage für Duschgel und Shampoo.
Der Name ist verwirrend: statt Villen gab es Reihenhäuser, eine Tauchbasis war nicht vor Ort. Boutique steht wohl im Namen, weil es sich gut anhört.

Pros:

Les chambres sont grandes les lits très grands et confortables, tout est très beau et les jardins bien entretenus, la première piscine est très belle et appréciable. Super massage sur place. Bons petit déjeuner. Nous avons préféré manger à l'extérieur. Mais le warung de l'hôtel est bien. Sortie sur l'île de Menjangan bien organisée par l'hôtel. Plage et reef seen pour la préservation des tortues à proximité à pieds. Temple avec cérémonie, singes moins agressifs qu'à Ubud.

Cons:

Les fumées du voisinage, les bruits de coq mais c'est très courant partout en Indonésie !

The staff on the whole were very nice and friendly

Cons:

The staff have not been trained to look after things like the pool, water for guests to access to drink.
We were told e had to refill our water jug, which was five but we were staying up the back by the diving pool and the water up there in the big bottle was in the sun most of the time and it kept going green, definitely not ideal for drinking water. Also the pool was so low in water the whole of our 6 night stay that the filter could not actually filter the water only recirculate it! The other thing we disliked is the us no umbrellas in the back area for shade, you are in the full sun the whole day....... there are stands for umbrellas but none provided!!
We will definitely be back in Permuteran but won't stay here, sorry but too many other nicer places to stay for similar price.

Mooi, super faciliteiten, rustige omgeving
Pros:

Mooi hotel, heerlijk zwembad (er zijn er zelfs 2), vriendelijk personeel

Cons:

Het ligt aan een drukke weg. Daar hoor je niets van in het hotel. Wel lastig met kleine kinderen als je naar het strand wil lopen.

Good hotel and friendly staff
Pros:

The room was very clean and the shower was hot. The beds were very comfortable and the AC worked perfectly. The staff was really friendly and helping as well

Cons:

The location is not very close to the centre but close enough to a beach. The place where breakfast was served was noisy because of the traffic

Un vrai séjour détente de 3 nuits, temple, warung et plages à proximité.
Pros:

Personnel très attentionné et disponible. Environnement très fleuri et bien aménagé. Lit très confortable et spacieux. Deux piscines à disposition.

Cons:

Pas d’eau chaude dans notre salle de bain.
