Fabulous stay a short stroll to the heart of Ubud
Pros:

Excellent stay, a short stroll to the main part of Ubud. Great villa/room with a terrace and the pool overlooking greenery. Very peaceful. Excellent and filling breakfast served on the terrace each morning. The staff were great and helped us with our luggage, and greeted us when we arrived quite late (after 10pm). Highly recommend!

Resort je útulný a tichý díky své poloze nahoře na kopci a trochu stranou od hlavního centra Ubudu, i když na skútru jste všude za pár minut. Měl jsem ten největší pokoj s výhledem na bazén a mohu jej jedině doporučit, protože je opravdu krásný a prostorný.

Cons:

Na mapě tady na booking je uvedena špatná adresa, ta samá špatná adresa byla zaslána mi přes WhatsApp. Recepční na hotelu neumí pořádně anglicky, takže bylo těžké se s nimi domluvit a najít správnou cestu. Také mě překvapilo, že mi neuklidili pokoj, i když jsem zůstal na 2 noci, to se mi na Bali snad ještě nikdy nestalo. Doporučil bych vyměnit proleželou matraci.

Очень удобное расположение отеля. Нам понравилось и мы продлили еще на 2-е сутки)…Красота конечно кругом, джунгли, природа, через дорогу музей Антонио Бланко (там кстати очень общительный и тактильный попугай, милаха такой)))). Рекомендую отель, рядом маркет, хорошие ресторанчики с азиатской кухней и красивыми видами поблизости.

je ne peux pas répondre à cette question vu que nous n'y avons pas séjourné.

Cons:

Il n'y a pas de parking pour la voiture. En surtout l'entrée de "l'hôtel" affreuse et peu engageante. Très difficile d'accès surtout si on est pas très en forme. Beaucoup d'escaliers peu entretenus. Réception toute petite. Vraiment pas digne d'un "hôtel". Employée très jeune et pas très expérimentée.

Room for improvement: as I used the laundry service provided by this facility I would have appreciated if there would have been a price list clearly stating the price per item. I found the laundry service quite overpriced compared to other facilitates I have stayed in but as the laundry prices were not stated anywhere I did not know what to expect when I handed out my clotes to be washed.
- Room cleaningness : I found a dead cockroach close to my bathroom door and two little worms in my bed. Whilst I do know that the facility is located in the middle of the jungle I expect hotel personnel to spray some insect repellent to avoid these incoveniences to happen and ensure that the room meets the cleaning standards.
Breakfast: the facility provides breakfast only if the order is made the day before. As I was not aware of this facility rule for the first days I think this is something worth mentioning to guests as they are checking in.

Overall I did enjoy my stay and found this place quite charming and conveniently located. I am giving my honest feedback as I know that with these little adjustments this place can be marvelous.

Pros:

Emplacement en plein centre d'Ubud, idéal pour visiter les environs à pied ; idéalement situé tout en étant en retrait du bruit, au calme ; c'était parfait

Cons:

Juste savoir qu'il y a de nombreuses marches pour y accéder (mais c'est aussi ce qui fait que l'établissement est calme)
