Scam not the real price
Pros:

Nothing

Cons:

This property is a scam when I arrived he wanted ten times the asking price that i payed on booking.com and told me he was not giving me a refund. It says $3 aud a night which is obviously not correct, he wanted $25 aud a night instead and was not going to give me a refund considering i had already paid online. Following up with booking.com for a refund as i booked a few nights and the hotel did not accept my cancellation.
