Pros:

The receptionist is amazing and welcoming, she helped with navigations around the island and recommended good places to go eat at, overall best hotel service I've had. The breakfast is also really good and included which was great.

Cons:

The rooms were a bit crammed (upper garden suites) but other than that the hotel was great and beds were comfortable.

Pros:

The host was amazing and the place was really close to the port, Avlia beach and cozy cafes and bars and restaurants. The room was maybe a bit small but clean and comfortable. AC worked really well. There was no issue with an early check-in.

Pros:

Good location, quiet, got the rooftop room, and it was very nice for sunset view. Decent breakfast, even though it was the same for all the days, it is enough to have a quick bite.
Good air conditioning.
Nice that they changed the bins every day, and every 3 days they changed the linens and towels.

Cons:

The room and the bathroom is a bit small, but for the money we paid it was a fair bargain.

Fuyez si on vous donne la chambre 104.
Pros:

Proximité du port et des commerces, climatisation fonctionnelle.

Cons:

Chambre exiguë et sombre, impossible de faire sécher ses affaires car jamais au soleil, équipements vétustes, petit déjeuner simple avec du pain de mie, aucun changement en 4 jours. Très mauvais rapport qualité prix en comparaison à d’autres hôtels.

Great location and breakfast
Pros:

1. Convenient location: 4 min walk from the port, ferry/boats/flying dolphins to Piraeus, Agistri, Moni, etc., 3 min to the bus stop, from where you can get to Agios Nektarios or Afaia or Agia Marini., etc. A few minutes walk to bakeries and taverns. A few minutes walk to the beach.
2. Good breakfast: buffet with delicious Greek yogurt and orange jam, boiled egg, ham, cheese, cereals, milk, tea, coffee, juice
3. You can get cold drinking water at the hotel
4. The air conditioner is quiet
5. The soundproofing is not bad, you could only hear the door slamming when someone was already going somewhere at 7 am.

One of the rooms is very cramped, the micro-washbasin is right above the toilet, so it is difficult to get on the toilet. There is a shelf right above the micro-washbasin, so it is even difficult to put your face to water. Very small balcony, only one line to dry things. But next to it we saw that there is a spacious room and the balcony is also big.

Upgraded to the rooftop which was nice, great sunset and port view
Decent breakfast, simple but always clean and well stocked
Friendly staff

Cons:

They could definitely make the rooftop a bit nicer though for everyone to use, few sun loungers, plants bit of decoration etc.
Our room was a slightly odd layout, in my opinion wardrobe and desk is unnecessary especially in a fairly small room, it would be better to have a second bedside table and luggage rack

La cordialità di buona parte dello staff e la posizione centrale.

RATTI.
Per due sere di fila abbiamo trovato un ratto in stanza e non ci è stata cambiata la cameretta, ma il problema è stato minimizzato e ci è stato detto che non era colpa loro. Motivo per cui abbiamo deciso di lasciare l'hotel un giorno prima del previsto.
Inoltre la camera era piccola già per 2 persone, figuriamoci per 3, non era possibile muoversi contemporaneamente per in camera nè aprire i bagagli, m dovevamo fare a turno.
Infine, le tubature del bagno non funzionavano correttamente, facendo uscire l'acqua dello scarico del lavandino e della doccia da una piletta nel pavimento del bagno, con conseguente odore di fognatura in camera e acqua ovunque.
