Perfecto lugar para desconectar en la pequeña isla de Kos
Pros:

El servicio, excelente.
La comida, muy variada y bien cocinada.
Las actividades, y los monitores que las llevan.
La proximidad a la playa, solo hay que cruzar una carretera.

Cons:

Sinceramente, no se me ocurre nada.

It was a decent 4 star hotel.
Pros:

The property was available at the very last minute. Super friendly staff at check in and check out. Big shout out to Maria to accommodate us with some late night snack as we arrived before midnight to the hotel.

Cons:

A little bit outdated.. no body lotion in the room nor hair conditioner. Poor hair dryer. No coffee machine in the room. Poor quality alcohol, rather than branded.

Worth every penny!
Pros:

The hotel was incredible, it had everything you could possibly want on a holiday. Many different facilities including the pool which was lovely, tennis, football and volleyball courts for day activities for both families and adults. The entertainment staff were amazing and so friendly. The hotel staff were also friendly, accommodating and welcoming. The food at the restaurant and snack bar were brilliant, burgers and gyros served daily which was a hit with me and my partner. Not to mention the private beach located across the main road; it was one of the best places to watch the sunset. The hotel was such great value for money and definitely would recommend to anyone. It’s also located near a bus stop where you can take the bus into Kos town which only takes 10-15 minutes. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Pros:

Das freundliche Personal, die bemühungen allem gerecht zu werden.

Cons:

Das erstemal All Inclusive und das nie wieder und dabei liegt es nicht an dem AI sondern an den Menschen die dadurch angezogen werfen und wie diese sich benehmen. Des weiteren Spare ich lieber 500€ und kan diese in bereich Mahlzeiten so ausgeben wie ich mag und zahle so nicht doppelt.

Great location, however customer service needs improvement as well as cleaner rooms and better food quality.
Pros:

- Great location, just on outskirts of Kos town
- Not too far from beaches like Tigaki and Marmari either
- Nice reception area
- Lovely activities in the evening to entertain guests and children.

Cons:

- Not all staff were friendly, some staff would make us take our own towels from their storage room while one gentleman kindly gave us a lovely guest experience and served us. However, most waiters were friendly in the restaurant interacting with kids.
- Food was not good for a 4 star, not many options.
- Rooms were not very clean, there was still sand and dust on the floor when we checked in as well as ants. There were stains on the towels and bed sheets. There was toothpaste still splattered in the bathroom too.

Lovely stay, chill out atmosphere in a great location
Pros:

The staff was very helpful, friendly and keen to answer all my questions
The room was spacious, with a super comfortable bed and a great shower
Overall the hotel was extremely clean
Location was great, not far from Kos Town and Tigaki

Cons:

The beach was disappointing and not really swimmable

Personnel is really kind to guests, really tasty dishes on the breakfast, lunch and dinner, also really cool pool bar, cool drinks, and there is you can also play in volleyball, football and other, in total this hotel I really recommend
