Peut mieux faire en terme de suivi des arrivées tardives, TV et mise à jour du carnet d'informations
Pros:

Le logement correspond parfaitement aux avis en ligne: la localisation, la propreté et le calme à l'intérieur du bâtiment sont les 3 principaux atouts.

Cons:

L'hôte m'a annoncé qu'il me communiquerait les informations d'accès au logement le matin de mon arrivée. J'ai réceptionné son message avant de prendre l'avion. L'hôte a ensuite décidé de changer son code d'accès à la boîte à clé à 20h30 alors que j'arrivais sur un vol international avec 2h de retard. Le taxi m'a déposée devant la porte d'entrée à 2h00 du matin sans possibilité de me connecter au réseau en raison d'un problème de roaming. Je suis restée une bonne partie de la nuit sur le pas de la porte, dans un quartier désert, avant de pouvoir rentrer. Il n'y a eu aucun suivi de la part du propriétaire.
La télé ne fonctionne pas ou de manière intermittente.
Le passage des trains, jour et nuit, est un problème si on n'a pas prévu de bouchons d'oreille.
Le carnet d'informations à l'intention des clients est en grande partie obsolète.

Satisfied our needs in Athens at a good deal.
Pros:

Location was close to all the major sites while still being quiet and not crowded.

Cons:

Didn’t feel unsafe in the area but wasn’t super nice either. Definitely a good deal for the price.

Terrible. Ants everywhere.
Cons:

Booked a 2 night stay but had to leave after the first night due to an ant infestation in the bed. We woke the first night due to being bitten. Messaged the host multiple times on booking.com and on WhatsApp and they haven’t replied. Had no other choice but to book something else last minute.

Do not stay here.

Good, great, fantastic!
Pros:

Very clean and spacious. Easy to check in and out. The share kitchen and (balcony) Garten is a good place to encounter with other people. Top value for the property. Would definitely do it again!

Cons:

The room is slightly too dark in the night. My room was close to the street so it could be quite loud when the train pass by.

Pros:

Wir haben hier sechs Nächte verbracht und waren wirklich begeistert! Das Zimmer ist richtig, richtig toll, gemütlich, mit einem ganz besonderen Flair. In Wirklichkeit ist es sogar noch schöner als auf den Bildern.

Die Gemeinschaftsküche war jederzeit sauber und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man zum Kochen braucht. Auch der kleine Hinterhof ist praktisch, dort kann man gemütlich frühstücken und Wäsche aufhängen.

Zu Beginn hatten wir kurz Probleme mit dem Internet. Nachdem wir Bescheid gegeben hatten, wurde sich sofort darum gekümmert und das Problem direkt behoben. Das war für uns besonders wichtig, da wir während unseres Aufenthalts auch arbeiten mussten, großes Plus für den tollen und schnellen Service.

Die Unterkunft ist außerdem sehr gut angebunden und insgesamt einfach ein richtig schöner Ort zum Wohlfühlen. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

So great! The rooms are charming, everything is really clean. Really practical to have a washing machine and a little kitchen. The nearest subway station is 4min walk! Perfect location.
We didn't put 10 because of the train. Indeed we can hear it but honestly if you are like us and are not really bothered by noise at night it is really okay. We slept really well.
