Pros:

Close to Kerameikos station. Clean room.

Cons:

The accommodation is right next to train tracks, so there was noise. Effective aircon in bedroom but communal areas hot. Room is basic and not as attractive as in photos. Area felt a bit unsafe after dark as a woman traveller.

Despicable!
Cons:

I cannot understand how this listing has this high rating!
Once we arrived , we left!
- The outside entrance is like entering an abandoned building.
- Bad smell of smoke and mold everywhere.
- Entering the “room” we noticed WATER STAINS AND RUINED PAINT ON THE CEILING ABOVE THE BED! (Photo)
- Mold stains on the wall (photo)
- Yellow stains on one of the pillow cases (photo)
- Mold stains on the bathroom ceiling
- Destroyed door that leads to a “patio” (photo)
- Hair on the bed sheets
- The TV & AC remotes were sticky

Abenteuerlich, aber sehr schön
Pros:

Als verwöhnte Hotelnutzer wollten wir mal etwas Alternatives probieren und waren begeistert. Auch wenn der erste Eindruck wegen der Lage zwischen verfallenen Häusern etwas zwiespältig war, hat der Blick in den Hausflur und die kleine Wohnung alles gut gemacht. Man muss sich bewusst sein, dass das Haus an einer Eisenbahnlinie liegt, aber das stört nicht wirklich.

Cons:

Es gibt kein Schild am Haus mit dem Namen der Unterkunft. So dachten wir zuerst an einen Fake. Erst der Blick in die eMailbox hat uns den Hinweis gegeben, dass der Schlüssel über einen Code in einer Schlüsselbox zu finden war. Es hat aber alles gut funktioniert.

Good couple of days in Athens!
Pros:

Good location close to the metro. Easy instructions to get into the apartment.

Cons:

We could not figure out how the hot water worked. It was explained in the rules of the house, but you realise you don’t have hot water already when in the shower, and you should go outside and then wait 15 min… so not ideal, but the problem is completely avoidable if you turn the heater on on time :)

Can recommend this for any other travellers passing through Athens or staying for 2/3 days.
Pros:

Location is perfect for airport and ferry transport. Excellent local restaurants and shops.

I adore this house and will stay again for sure!
Pros:

I absolutely adore this house! It’s been beautifully renovated with many original features so it feels very unique and interesting!

I stayed in 2 apartments, one upstairs with access to the roof and one downstairs with access to the garden.

The rooms are comfortable and very spacious with excellent facilities in the kitchen. I would stay here again for sure! The location is fab - close to metro and a good choice of restaurants and 10-15 minutes walk into Thissio.

Pros:

Ahmad était très arrangeant pour laisser nos bagages avant l'heure.
Localisation de l'appartement pratique avec une station de métro à proximité et beaucoup de restaurants.
Le secteur de Plaka et l'Acropole est accessible à pied.
L'insonorisation est bonne et le bruit de la rue peu dérangeant.
Les chambres sont grandes.
