Pros:

Μου άρεσε η άνεση του υπνοδωματίου, καθώς και οι χώροι του ξενοδοχείου γενικότερα, οι οποίοι ήταν όμορφοι και ευχάριστοι. Αν και τα δωμάτια του κτιρίου που βρίσκεται η ρεσεψιόν ειναι λίγο μακριά από την πισίνα, βολεύουν αν επισκέπτεσαι καθημερινά την θάλασσα καθώς ήταν κοντά με το παρκινγκ. Επίσης η ομάδα ψυχαγωγίας, ήταν τέλεια,διοργάνωνε διασκεδαστικά παιχνίδια και δραστηριότητες.

Cons:

Αυτό που δεν μου άρεσε ήταν κυρίως η συμπεριφορά μιας συγκεκριμένης υπαλλήλου στο pool bar. Παρόλο που είχε δίκιο σε αυτά που έλεγε, ο τρόπος με τον οποίο απευθυνόταν τόσο σε εμάς όσο και, όπως παρατήρησα, σε άλλους εργαζομένους ήταν αγενής, απότομος και επιθετικός. Θεωρώ ότι μια τέτοια συμπεριφορά δεν συνάδει με το κλίμα φιλοξενίας που θα έπρεπε να υπάρχει σε ένα ξενοδοχείο. Το υπόλοιπο προσωπικό ήταν ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό. Επίσης τα αλκοολούχα ποτά που περιλαμβάνονταν στο all inclusive έδιναν την εντύπωση ότι περιείχαν ελάχιστη ή και καθόλου ποσότητα αλκοόλ.

Καλό πρωινό

Cons:

Ακουγόταν πολύ θόρυβος από τη πισίνα, και τα παιδιά που έπαιζαν σε αυτήν όλη μέρα και ειδικά το πρωί που δεν μας αφήνει να κοιμηθούμε!
Επίσης έμπαινε φως το πρωί στο δωμάτιο από τις κουρτίνες καθώς δεν υπάρχουν παντζούρια και μας ξύπνησε το πρωί .

Bine dar nea dezamăgit taxările suplimentare

Am rezervat sejurul pe doua nopți fiind in trecere spre Moldova și cu toate ca am notat sa fie all inclusive ni sa oferit de către booking doar mic dejun și cina ajungând la destinație am aflat ca au și prânz dar trebuie sa achiți suplimentar 60€ pentru fiecare zi și mare nea mai fost mirarea ca la prânz și cina băuturile erau contra cost doar apa gratis deci dezamagire nicăieri nu a fost stipulat

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Kriopigi hotel ! I recommended it ❤️
Pros:

The location is amazing ! Near almost everything. The Staff is very good and empathetic. I want to specify here the help and the hospitality skills of Anastasia in the reception, Kris the bar man, Amine (the receptionist) and Martha they are really great in their job kudos to them !

The restaurant staff too are really comprehensive and responsive to our requests.

Cons:

The parking area (private one in front of the hotel). It high led recommended to hire someone there who can organise it more because guests are not parking their cars respectfully and we had to park it outside near the trees on the side of the road and our car got scratched by a tree.

The food: the quality was not bad but it lacks diversity i know greek food is really amazing however it’s better to add some other international dishes.

Καθαρά δωμάτια και άνετα δωμάτια. Πολύ ωραίο φαγητό με ΠΑΡΑ ΠΑΡΑ ΠΟΛΛΕΣ επιλογές. Σίγουρα από τις πιο ποιοτικές κουζίνες και σχέση ποιότητας τιμής ηταν τέλεια. Ωραίος και καθαρός ο χώρος της πισίνας.

Cons:

Ένα αρνητικό το οποίο είναι υποκειμενικό είναι η δυσκολία να βρεις πάρκινγκ στο ιδιωτικό χώρο του ξενοδοχείου τις απογευματινές ώρες. Είναι μικρό σε σχέση με το πλήθος των πελατών που έχει το ξενοδοχείο.

Very nice hotel, specially for families with small kids
Pros:

We are coming with our family in this hotel already 4 years for vacation and staff always is very kind,last seasonl 2025 and the food was disappointing and tasteless, but this season 2026 probably they changed the chef and have big difference from last season,food in the restaurant for breakfast and dinner was very good,nice choice and tasty ,Big and clean new renovated rooms,nice and comfortable beds,nice swimming pool

Atmosfera și căldură cu care am fost primiți și serviți. Curățenie, mâncare bună, activitati diverse la piscina in fiecare zi respectiv seara. O sa revenim cu siguranță.
