Pros:

I only liked It was clean and a good room cleaning service.

Cons:

Some of the food was not fresh…
And the most unpleasant and bad experience was the fact that the half board guests are only allowed to drink water — anything else is for all-inclusive only. Nobody tells you this at booking or at check-in, and there are no signs anywhere. Many of us found out by being publicly told off at the bar or restaurant, which was really embarrassing.

Am avut si un voucer gratuit pentru foot spa.
La restaurant curat,oamenii care debarasau mesele foarte atenti.

Plaja departe,trebuia sa mergi doar cu masina, dar era si urata, apa murdara.
La restaurant nu ne a lasat sa luam suc,bere,chiar daca aveam mic dejun si cina inclusa in pret. Puteam lua doar apa. Mancarea aceeasi la mic dejun,iar la cina aveau doar 3 feluri de mancare,nu prea aveai ce alege...si unele erau vechi...
Wifi foarte slab.
Am stat pe partea cu piscina si a fost galagie in fiecare seara pana tarziu,nu puteam dormi.

Готель - мій фаворит на Касандрі
Pros:

Повертаюсь вже втретє в цей чудовий готель. Шикарні краєвиди, чудові сніданки та дуже різноманітні вечері, сервіс бездоганний.
Дуже приємно було отримати комплімент від готелю за повернення - це дуже клієнтоорієнтовно!
Кріопігі невеличке селище, але саме в готелі є як провести час - анімація, йога, пілатес, диско, бінго..басейн...
До моря йти через чудовий сосновий ліс...розташування супер! Саме через це повертаюсь знову й знову.
Також дуже зручно, що поруч зупинка, всі автобуси проходять поруч і можна поїхати куди захочете!

its not hotel for vacation and resting its more of working place

Staff was phenomenal and it was clean

Cons:

when you book you pay for breakfast and dinner and when you go to dinner you must pay for drinks. Facilities for meals are too small for hotel capacity and its always crowded and you must wait too long so you can eat something or fight for the food. Rooms are nice but when we wanted to go out or go to brakfast or dinner we must cross 2 pairs of stairs then go to elevator then go outside and walk around the building and than go to another stairs ... so every time we go to meal or beach or anywhere outside of the room we carried kids and stroller and bags and go up and down the stairs and walk couple houndread of meeters around just to get to lobby or outside. so if you ask me no price is cheap if you go to vacation to work harder than at home.

Three days at the Kriopigi Hotel
Pros:

The hotel is very nice and has its own parking area. The service is of a high standard. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a smile at the reception. We were given a complimentary massage voucher and provided with all the necessary information about the hotel and its facilities.
The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The bathroom is also modern and pleasant.
The only thing we did not like was the buffet dinner in the restaurant. There were no real seafood options. One evening, mussels were served, but once they ran out, they were not replenished. On another evening, there was white fish in sauce, but the quantity was very limited. The menu was focused mainly on meat dishes, which were not particularly impressive and lacked variety.
On the positive side, the restaurant staff were friendly, polite, and professional, doing their job very well. However, because of the limited and disappointing dinner selection, we preferred to dine at other restaurants during our stay.
Overall, we had a pleasant stay and appreciated the hotel's excellent service, cleanliness, and welcoming atmosphere.

Overall, our stay was excellent and we were very satisfied with the hotel. The facilities, cleanliness, food, and service were all outstanding, and we truly enjoyed our vacation.

Cons:

The only unpleasant experience occurred on our first day. The older driver of the golf cart who took us to our room asked where we were from. When we replied that we were from North Macedonia, he immediately started discussing political and historical topics, insisting that this was Macedonia and that Alexander the Great was Greek. We believe that such subjects are unnecessary in a hospitality environment, especially when guests are simply looking to enjoy their holiday. Regardless of personal opinions, guests should feel welcomed and respected without being drawn into political discussions.

Overpriced drinks with non branded makes. Unhelpful customer service and management. Overcharging on hotel facilities and quality. Steep hill to beach only accessible via shuttle bus with limited times slots. Poor facilities. Pool area not big enough , grass uncut and non existent entertainment. Food in restaurants skimped. No fresh orange or fruit

Pros:

Here now with a group of friends and I will say the hotel is lovely. Just been refurbished, bar staff are so lovely. Arelia the bar member is so polite and helpful. Recommend the hotel.

Pros:

Arrived at hotel yesterday and was surprised with how spacious the room was. Very clean and spacious. The pool bar staff are soo lovely and go out of their way especially Arula! Good vibe and always happy to help!

Family Stay at Kriopigi Hotel (May 2026)
Pros:

Room & View

• We stayed in a Sea View Deluxe Suite as a family of four (two adults and two children aged 8 and 5).
• The suite had two rooms, a spacious bathroom, and a balcony overlooking the swimming pool and the sea.
• The sunrise views were beautiful, and we could watch the sun rising over the mountains each morning.
• The room was well-equipped with two TVs, two mini fridges, plenty of cupboard space, and comfortable seating.

Food

• The food was one of the highlights of our stay.
• Every day there was a good variety of traditional Greek dishes including moussaka, souvlaki, tzatziki, Greek salad (horiatiki), spanakopita, Bougatsa, dolmades, baklava, and loukoumades as well as chicken, pork, and beef options.
• Fresh salads, cakes, sweets, and ice cream were available daily.
• A special thanks to Chef, Mr.Vaggelis Skolias for the consistently delicious meals throughout our stay.

Staff & Service

• The staff were exceptional and always greeted guests with a smile.
• Everyone we met at reception, in the restaurant, and at the pool bar was friendly, welcoming, and helpful.

Pool, Spa & Entertainment

• The swimming pool area was clean and pleasant.
• The pool bar offered cocktails, coffee, hot chocolate, juices, and other drinks.
• Snack options were limited, mainly cakes and biscuits.
• The hotel spa offered a complimentary foot treatment, which included a scrub, moisturising cream, and a short massage.
• Evening entertainment started around 8:30 pm and included music nights and a bingo-style game. It was a nice way to relax after dinner.

Location

• The hotel is close to several small shops where you can buy essentials, beach items, toys for children, slippers, snacks, souvenirs and beach umbrellas.
• A beach shuttle service is available, although we did not use it as we hired a car and spent most days exploring Halkidiki.

Things to Consider

• The hotel is built on a hillside, which gives it lovely views but may be challenging for some elderly guests or people with mobility issues.
• Access to the pool involves walking downhill, and the alternative route through the restaurant is only available during restaurant opening hours.
• We stayed on the fifth floor, and the lift was quite slow and occasionally hesitated before opening its doors.
• There were not many sunbeds around the pool, although this was not an issue during our stay in May.

Overall

• We used the hotel as a base while exploring Kriopigi and Sithonia and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
• The spacious room, beautiful sea views, excellent food, warm hospitality, and family-friendly atmosphere made for a memorable holiday.
• We would happily recommend Kriopigi Hotel to families looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay in Halkidiki.
