Pros:

El personal fue siempre muy amable, es especial Polyvios. La comida del desayuno es contundente, no pagaría por el almuerzo, ni cena porque es prácticamente lo mismo que comer en otros restaurantes.

Cons:

Que las camas no eran lo más cómodo y que no había ascensor. El calor era algo importante y el AC no lograba apagarlo. La presión del agua hizo que al llegar, no tuviésemos la posibilidad de ducharnos, y ocupan una cortina de baño para parar el agua, lo cual, por supuesto, no para nada. Sugiero modificar eso, no es un hotel para personas con alguna discapacidad.

Pleasant and convenient
Pros:

Close proximity to the beach a long with just a 15 mins taxi to Rethymno

Cons:

Staff weren’t very friendly and the wifi wasn’t good. Sometimes wouldn’t connect or would drop off the whole time

Hôtel sale et personnel mal élevé.
Pros:

Hôtel très bien situé (à 5 minutes à pied de la mer) et il y avait la climatisation dans la chambre.

Cons:

Nous avons réservé un lit double et nous nous sommes retrouvés avec deux lits simples. La propreté est à revoir, notamment concernant la salle de bain. De plus, la femme de ménage venait toquer à 9h tous les matins et, si nous mettions la petite pancarte « ne pas déranger », elle restait derrière la porte à attendre. Enfin, nous avions payé pour le petit-déjeuner et, quand mon compagnon s’est présenté dans la salle, le personnel l’a très mal regardé.

Manager très sympa. Personnel efficace.
Ménage fait et serviettes changées tous les jours.
Musique et danses traditionnelles une fois pendant la semaine
Emplacement calme, à 2 minutes à pieds de la mer et 3 minutes des restaurants et boutiques de souvenirs
Chambre libérée à 12h donc on peut profiter de la piscine ou la mer avant de partir . Canapés confortables dans le hall d'entrée Piscine très chaude et propre.

Cons:

Salle de bain à refaire et surtout douche très petite et non fonctionnelle. On innonde la salle de bain en se lavant.
Mauvaise connexion Wifi
Pas de chocolat au petit déjeuner
Boissons au bar peu variées (pas de cocktails)

Vacanza piacevole
Pros:

Personale gentile, albergo molto pulito, così come anche la piscina. Biancheria della stanza sempre netta ed anche piacevolmente presentata. Climatizzatore vecchio, ma perfettamente funzionante. Posizione ottima: lontano dalla strada caotica e vicino al mare.

Cons:

Colazione e cena con menù discreto, ma non al top. Bagno piccolo, con mini-doccia, non separata dal resto del locale, se non con una tenda solo da un lato. Piscina carina ma con poco spazio attorno.

Ικανοποιητικό αλλά υπάρχουν θέματα.
Pros:

Το Ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία κοντά στη θάλασσα αλλά και στον κεντρικό δρόμο. Το προσωπικό είναι ευγενικό, το δωμάτιο καθαρίζεται σωστά και αλλάζονται οι πετσέτες.

Cons:

Χρειάζεται μια ανακαίνιση ειδικά στα μπάνια. Δεν υπάρχει ούτε κουρτίνα ούτε καμπίνα με αποτέλεσμα τα νερά να γεμίζουν το πάτωμα. Παλιές και φθαρμένες ντουζιέρες

Amazing for the price.
Pros:

Very close to the beach in a quiet area, for the price everything was amazing and barely any faults. was also lovely and clean.

Cons:

our AC did not work the first 2 nights, we asked reception to help and they tried to sort it but it was still broke. it was so hot in our room that reception had to give us there fan until the next day when the tech could come in. Luckily they fixed it and the rest of our stay was amazing.

Ár-érték arányban nagyon jó hely.
Pros:

Elfogadható reggeli.....tiszta, rendezett medence. Rendszeres takarítás.
Kérésünkre helyes sorrendbe fordították a magyar zászló színeit !
