Lovely beach hotel with a calm location
Pros:

Nice premises in a peaceful part of Platanias but still close to all the buzz. We loved our room with a sea view, and the pool and beach areas were super nice as well. The hotel restaurant was also really good and the staff very friendly. Really enjoyed our stay!

Cons:

It’s such a pain that many hotel guests reserved the sunchairs early in a morning, this is of course not the hotel’s fault and we were able to laugh at the madness as well :D

Pros:

The hotel was in a great beachfront position with a lovely pool and bar on the beach. The staff were delightful and the service at the on site restaurant was great. The one bedroom apartment was comfortable and clean.

Cons:

The breakfast is pretty ordinary. The pool area could do with some more sunbeds.

Pros:

Great location and right on the beach. Clean towels and bedding every day and spotless cleaning. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was lovely. Clean pool and sunbeds were washed down daily. Stunning sunset!

Pros:

Erittäin onnistunut kokemus alusta loppuun. Palvelu oli ystävällistä ja ammattitaitoista, henkilökunta auttoi kaikissa kysymyksissä ja tunnelma oli lämmin. Kaikki sujui juuri kuten luvattiin, ja kokonaisuus ylitti odotukseni. Voin lämpimästi suositella muillekin.

Cons:

Varsinaisesti mitään moitittavaa ei ollut. Jos jotain toivoisin, niin pieniä yksityiskohtia voisi vielä kehittää, mutta ne eivät vaikuttaneet kokonaiskokemukseen. Tulisin mielelläni uudelleen.

Reception staff are awesome
Pros:

Super thoughtful staff! Immediate responses and accommodated all our requests with a smile. Cannot fault them. The lady at Reception was so kind and professional. Excellent location, great layout, clean, spacious. Awesome balcony for hanging beach towels. Safe to walk at night. Fully air conditioned.

Helt igennem en god oplevelse, her er det hele indenfor gåafstand og det er ikke nødvendigt med bil

Beliggenhed, suiten med egen solsenge og vores supersøde rengøringspersonale der vartede op om os hver dag, de tog endda opvasken. Køleskabet blev fyldt op hver dag med øl, sodavand og juice og derudover blev det sat chips og chokolade croissanter hver dag alt sammen på hotellets regning, god stil. Hotelmanager Marilou var super hjælpsom.

For få solstole ved poolen og at betalende gæster på hotellet skal betale for solstole på stranden

Pros:

Fräsch toalett vid poolen. Perfekt läge, precis vid stranden samtidigt som det låg nära butiker och restauranger. Hotellet har en restaurang vid poolen/stranden, det mesta var gott och portionerna var stora. Solstolarna på stranden kostade 5€ styck.

I rummet fanns snacks och dryck som vi inte behövde betala extra för. De städade rummet varje dag. Välstädat. Bra AC på rummet. Fräsch dusch. Balkong med havsutsikt.

Vi flög sent på dagen och hotellet gjorde det så bekvämt som möjligt - vi fick låna handdukar över dagen, det fanns fräscha duschar samt möjlighet att låsa in väskor. De löste även bokning av taxi till flygplatsen. Vi fick jättebra service av receptionisten Dina!

Cons:

- Hotellfrukosten var snål. Mjölken var alltid slut. Åt i princip bara grönsakerna. Ångrar att vi betalade extra för det.

- Alldeles för få solstolar vid poolen. Inga problem när man åker tidigt i säsongen, men kan tänka mig att det hade blivit betydligt svårare om vi åkt senare.

- Parasollerna vid stranden gick inte att fälla ner, så man får vara beredd på att flytta stolarna beroende på om man vill ha sol/skugga.
