Too many stairs on mainfloor

Het lawaai. Zowel intern als outdoor kwam het lawaai tot in de kamer. De kamers zijn slecht geisoleerd en het schuifraam naar het terras van de kamer is enkele beglazing en verouderd, het is net alsof je buiten slaapt. Dit is absoluut een opportuniteit voor vernieuwing!

Het zwembad is klein en door de meerderheid van de klanten gezien als een ontgoocheling!!

Het buitenterrasje aan de kamers is echt vuil en geen enkele keer is het terras gekuist. Vogelstronten, insekten etc , echt wansmakelijk. Ik zou beschaamd zijn als mijn privé buitenterras er zo zou uitzien.

Badkamer is toe aan vernieuwing.

The pool area was a bit disappointing as there aren’t many loungers that get any sun and it’s quite small. It’s fully shaded by about 5:30pm. Also I regret not requesting a sea view room as I had a view of a hedge/wall.

Ausblick auf Rückseite einer Taverne mit Lärm bis tief in die Nacht. Ebenfalls Verkehrslärm bis in die frühen Morgenstunden. Es gab zwar einen Wasserkocher und Tassen, aber kein Wasser sowie weder Kaffee noch Teebeutel, was in einem 4 Sterne Hotel üblich ist.

Ho speso 830 euro per 2 notti in una tripla ovvero una doppia con lettino aggiunto, la camera era piccola, il bagno datato e minuscolo, molto rumorosa, non era decisamente ciò che mi aspettavo a fronte della spesa sostenuta e con grande sorpresa ho dovuto anche pagare 9 euro di extra per un cappuccino e ☕️ chiesti a colazione!

It was incredibly frustrating to go for an early morning swim when the pool opened at 8am to see towels on all of the sunbeds in the sun. This would be fine if there were plenty of sunbeds. Yet there was no one in the pool enjoying a swim and no one using the sun bed they had claimed. We just wanted a short swim before getting breakfast. It shouldn’t be allowed that you can just claim a sun bed as yours in this way. Utterly selfish to other paying guests - this hotel was not cheap.

Why, when we booked in February for a stay at the end of May, did they allocate us a room close to wedding celebrations which kept us awake? Room 406 (pretty average sadly) was just yards from the wedding which was staged on the terrace close to the bedrooms. The final straw was a wedding reveller waking us up by banging on our door at 12.15am presumably as some kind of joke. Then when I got up to ask them to tone it down I was told to ‘f..k off’ by a drunk wedding guest. For £250 a night this was completely unacceptable and we were very disappointed. The hotel should reconsider its policy on accepting weddings as it is simply not set up for them. We should have realised this when we arrived because the route taken to our room by the very pleasant porter was convoluted because of the need to avoid the wedding in a place right in the centre of the public areas

Would have appreciated more Greek food at the hotel restaurant.
