El personal siempre con una sonrisa y muy atentos. Las instalaciones preciosas y la oferta de actividades insuperable.
Usan pajitas de plástico cuando están prohibidas en la Unión Europea. Te reponen las toallas aunque las dejes colgadas. El desayuno algo pobre de opciones. En recepción se limitan a ofrecerte opciones dentro del hotel, si quieres que te ayuden con opciones fuera no saben mucho. No te permiten llevar a sus restaurantes una botella comprada en una bodega de la isla no aún pagando por el descorche.

Loved the fact that everything you need was on the resort access to private beach a real escape from the world with the most amazing food and all the the facilities gym, yoga, treatments spa and the cinema literally loved being there!
I would say to ensure you book the right room for your stay for very little price difference the superior retreat is the better room than the classic retreat, I preferred it to even the luxury retreat, be mindful of the room you book.

Pl, amikor a pàromnak meglepetés szülinapi tortát kértem, az egyik recepciós megértette hogy engem keressenek a tortával kapcsolatban, egy másik simán felhívta a páromat, oda lett a meglepetés. Rengeteg értetlenkedés volt egy allergia miatt is.
Attention to detail and fabulous staff, especially Yeti, who made us fabulous cocktails everyday.
If you have problems walking, you’ll find it difficult climbing the 143 steps to your room (superior retreat rooms) but kept us fit.

The outstanding features of F Zeen are the amazing staff - so friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Fabulous facilities, room very comfortable, 3 pools and the beach meant a lot of swimming options. Too hot to play tennis or padel but loads of classes available. Loved the outdoor cinema, but the headphones need updating. Food excellent value but not exceptional. Breakfast very good. Wonderful and relaxing stay.

This is by far the best resort I have ever been in. Immaculate taste and design of pretty much everything, amazing service and great food. The next season of the white lotus should be filmed there.
