Wir haben es sehr genossen und werden wieder kommen.
Pros:

Das Frühstücks-Buffet war vielfältig und lecker. Dazu konnte man köstliche Omeletts, Pancackes, Müesli à-la-Carte bestellen. Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Unsere Zimmer waren mega stylisch, geräumig und cool eingerichtet - mit einer riesigen Dusche! Von unserem Balkon hatten wir Meerblick. Die Anlage ist wunderschön bepflanzt und man merkt gar nicht, wie viele Zimmer es da hat, weil alles so verteilt ist. Die Kurse waren auch sehr cool und man konnte sich mit dem App anmelden. Echt gut organisiert alles. Der Strand ist gleich unterhalb der Beachbar und mit mega bequemen Liegestühlen ausgestattet - extra reserviert für Hotelgäste. War super gemütlich und der Service bis zum Liegestuhl war top.

Cons:

Wir können nichts bemängeln. Wir waren wunschlos glücklich.

Le personnel très gentil, le déjeuner et les repas étaient délicieux

Cons:

C’est atrocement cher pour ce que c’est. Rien à voir avec des hôtels à ce prix. Dans un établissement de ce prix, nous avions une serviette sale qui a toutefois été changer rapidement. Le wifi était très mauvais. Bref, ça ne vaut vraiment pas le prix, c’est over Price.

Hotel maravilloso, que no cuida el medio ambiente y con detalles por mejorar
Pros:

El personal siempre con una sonrisa y muy atentos. Las instalaciones preciosas y la oferta de actividades insuperable.

Cons:

Usan pajitas de plástico cuando están prohibidas en la Unión Europea. Te reponen las toallas aunque las dejes colgadas. El desayuno algo pobre de opciones. En recepción se limitan a ofrecerte opciones dentro del hotel, si quieres que te ayuden con opciones fuera no saben mucho. No te permiten llevar a sus restaurantes una botella comprada en una bodega de la isla no aún pagando por el descorche.

Absolutely spectacular experience booked already for next year
Pros:

Loved the fact that everything you need was on the resort access to private beach a real escape from the world with the most amazing food and all the the facilities gym, yoga, treatments spa and the cinema literally loved being there!

Cons:

I would say to ensure you book the right room for your stay for very little price difference the superior retreat is the better room than the classic retreat, I preferred it to even the luxury retreat, be mindful of the room you book.

A szolgàltatások minősége. Nem nagyon beszéltek angolul így többször is előfordult hogy nem értették, vagy félreértették a kéréseket. Pl, amikor a pàromnak meglepetés szülinapi tortát kértem, az egyik recepciós megértette hogy engem keressenek a tortával kapcsolatban, egy másik simán felhívta a páromat, oda lett a meglepetés. Rengeteg értetlenkedés volt egy allergia miatt is.

Unbelievably relaxing, fabulous rooms, restaurants, facilities and exceptional staff.
Pros:

Attention to detail and fabulous staff, especially Yeti, who made us fabulous cocktails everyday.

Cons:

If you have problems walking, you’ll find it difficult climbing the 143 steps to your room (superior retreat rooms) but kept us fit.

Un séjour exceptionnel, porté par un accueil chaleureux et un cadre enchanteur
Pros:

Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans cet hôtel. Le personnel est exceptionnellement accueillant, attentionné et toujours prêt à nous aider. Un grand merci tout particulier à Joyce et à Maria qui nous ont donné d’excellents conseils et ont largement contribué à rendre notre séjour plus agréable. L’hôtel est charmant, parfaitement entretenu et offre une atmosphère idéale pour se détendre et profiter pleinement des vacances. Nous avons également apprécié la plage. Une très belle adresse!

Loved it.
Pros:

The outstanding features of F Zeen are the amazing staff - so friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Fabulous facilities, room very comfortable, 3 pools and the beach meant a lot of swimming options. Too hot to play tennis or padel but loads of classes available. Loved the outdoor cinema, but the headphones need updating. Food excellent value but not exceptional. Breakfast very good. Wonderful and relaxing stay.

Cons:

Food was good value but not outstanding for the quality of the hotel.
