Everything was excellent… the staff is incredibly professional and nice… the beach is amazing… facilities in general spectacular… breakfast was super complete … lunch and dinner options were also great and good variety… location was convenient for the airport and also close to shops and restaurants if you want to eat out … you can have it better … would definitely come back!

Only thing that comes to mind is the music at the pool was a bit loud, made it difficult to read near the beach at times. But we loved our stay!
La struttura e' carina, con una bella piscina, fronte mare, e una zona colazione bar all'aperto accogliente. La camera abbastanza grande ed i letti sono comodi. La spiaggia è ben organizzata e gratis, anche l'utilizzo della piscina è gratis, anche nel giorno della partenza. C'e' un servizio per la partenza dopo una giornata di mare con docce e servizi.
La pulizia della stanza ed in particolare degli asciugamani lascia a desiderare. Il personale è misto, alcuni cortesi altri meno, sono tutti molto giovani con poca esperienza. La colazione è alla carte ed il servizio lento. Siamo arrivati in un weekend e la piscina era molto affollata perché l'ingresso è consentito anche ad esterni per 15 Euro. La musica era molto alta, impedendo riposo. Purtroppo i dintorni non sono eccezionali, c'e' anche un industria vicino, con delle ciminiere (non so se è ancora attiva ma c'e').
The position of the hotel was great, and overall clean. Nearly on the beach and also nearby market.
In general the service was quite slow. Whether it was breakfast(a la carte) , lunch or dinner it took a long time to be served even when there were
not so many people.The TV in the room had an issue, and despite us mentioning it the first day, after a week it had not been attended to. The room (double room with sea view) from time to time had the smell of the cesspool. The pool had a lot of people not from the hotel on the weekends and not only making it quite crowded and despite the fact that we had the ability to reserve sunbeds , in 2 situations our reserved sunbeds were given elsewhere. One other thing that annoyed us was that from about 11 till late afternoon the music was loud with a result that when wanting to take a nap in the afternoon, it was difficult.

property is really good, modern building, modern room. beach front, good facilities. Staff is very,very nice. they even gave us welcome drink. prepared fruit and brut as a surprise for our honeymoon. it was very nice. just a price is high for that kind of environment.
Das Dorf Ammoudara ist ein typisches Touri-Dorf. Leider nicht sehr sauber. Das Hotel selbst sticht in allem sehr hervor: Sauberkeit, Design, Höflichkeit. Alles toll
Ich fand die Preise für das Essen, dass man zusätzlich im Restaurant kaufen konnte, sehr hoch.
We loved everything- from the incredible service team and the lovely manager, Angeliki, to all the staff. The hotel is spotless, impeccably clean, and very well-maintained, easily on par with a 5-star standard.
It is an adults-only hotel, which makes for a wonderful, relaxing atmosphere with great music playing all day and a delicious breakfast. While the location is not right in the center and requires a short taxi ride to downtown Heraklion, we were looking for a relaxing, high-quality adults-only resort vacation, and we found exactly that.

Stayed here for honeymoon loved every minute, Beautiful setting on the beach. Food was delicious and staff were friendly. Will 100% be coming back. Perfect in every way.

Le lieu est extrêmement beau, avec une belle piscine, une belle plage, l’ambiance est top.
La chambre incroyable et propre, le service pour le ménage est top, les employées sont super gentilles.
Concernant le bar/restaurant : beaucoup de choix, employés réactifs et aimables.

Petite odeur désagréable dans la chambre lors de notre arrivée mais qui part assez rapidement.
Les soins massages sont proposés seulement en chambre ce qui est dommage, j’aurais aimer pouvoir profiter de ce soin dans un endroit approprié (mais c’est les goûts de chacun)
À partir de 12h30 environ le son est monter par le DJ (qui est très bien pour la piscine) mais du coup trop forte si on désire manger dans le restaurant
