Everything was perfect! the lady running the hotel was very kind and helpful, the food was divine! the private pool was great, but the large outdoor pool was also perfect! my husband and I loved it! it was also my birthday and they greeted us with champagne! we will definitely be back!

It is oceanfront and the property is clean, but area is sort of industrial. The staff was nice.
The surrounding area is sort of dilapidated and there is nothing around, no real shopping. You will need to take a car service or taxi into Heraklion.

The hotel left the best impressions. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly — I truly felt welcome. The large and convenient parking area was a big advantage when traveling by car. The location is beautiful, and in the evenings there is a stunning view of the sea that creates a very special atmosphere. The breakfasts were delicious and varied. The room was cozy, stylish, and very scenic — you could really feel that every detail had been thoughtfully considered. There were so many lovely little touches that made the stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. Definitely a place we would love to come back to again! 💙
