Beautiful grownds Really well kept l :) amazing for kids!!

Upon arrival we got a free upgrade a room with a pool Which was very nice if the water wasn’t freezing!! And all these rooms on the water were very far away from the main building where basically everything was.. if you’re coming with a baby and still want to have a night at the bar, ask for a room near the main building:)
Coming at this time though it’s hot and very nice outside the water in all the pools were freezing!!!

Had a wonderful time celebrating Birthdays and Anniversary, highly recommend this resort.
Pros:

I liked the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The assortment of the food was adequate for a buffet. Would definitely recommend the property to others. The nightly entertainment was highly enjoyable.

Cons:

The lack of facilities to escape the heat left a little bit to be desired. The lack of plug-ins in the Bathroom for hair care devices, curling iron, straighteners etc., and the lack of plug-ins near the beds. Something that would have been nice to have would be some sort of scooters to get around.

Simpatia do pessoal da recepção! Incríveis!

Os espectáculos nocturnos na maior parte éram MUITO BONS! Grandes coreografias, bem dirigidos e muito interactivos! Há grande qualidade no pessoal de animação, não são apenas “miúdos” a dançar mas gente qualificada e com muita qualidade.

Cons:

O pessoal que trabalhava no bar da piscina é sem dúvida o “menos” do hotel! Nem sempre muito simpáticos e parece que estão a fazer um favor.

Overall it was okay, the sea is wonderful. But I don’t think we will ever come back
Pros:

The best thing about this hotel is the sea. Lagoon with crystal clear water, no waves and the water was always calm. Just beautiful . The food was good most of the times

Cons:

The worst thing was the trash. It is everywhere. Bottles, cans, plates, plastic stuff lying for days everywhere except the hotel building. We also didn’t get their minibar water refill policy. They give you 1 small bottle every 2 days. They forgot twice to refill ours. Why don’t you just charge extra 50 euros and put the water every day? À la cart restaurants are scam, just don’t go there. My fav is was charging you for drinks that people get for free in the bar on the other floor (like wtf?). Oh and the stuff.. we had to wait 45 minutes for a porter on the golf cart to pick up our luggage because for a such enormous hotel they only had 1 person doing that job. Oh and the sun beds on the beach are quite old

Pros:

The location is excellent, the gardens and pools are very well maintained, the food is very varied, and the staff is very friendly. On the evening before our departure, we received a very nice little gift from the hotel. Excellent holtel, I highly recommend it!

t was nice, but we definitely expected a better experience
Pros:

The food at the buffet was delicious, the beach is stunning, and our room was large and very comfortable.

There were four of us and we still managed to have fun and make great memories, but there were definitely too many unpleasant surprises that we never expected from a hotel of this standard.

Cons:

On our first evening at the buffet, it turned out there was a dress code prohibiting tank tops and flip-flops. We weren't informed about this in advance, and my partner was turned back to the room to change. It felt very unpleasant, as they literally blocked the entrance like he was a criminal. I accepted that rules are rules, but once inside, I saw plenty of guests wearing flip-flops-so that rule isn't enforced at all. There were also women in very short clothes, tank tops, shorts, and flip-flops, and apparently, that was fine. On top of that, the kitchen manager was constantly screaming at his staff right around us, which was awful to hear while eating. > One afternoon, we went to the buffet with swimsuits under our clothes after letting them dry, especially since we saw other guests doing the same and even kids walking around in just swimwear. Still, a staff member came up and asked one of us if his clothes were wet because we were sitting on the couches, remarking that "she couldn't touch him to check." Obviously, you can't touch a guest?! I was in shock at the audacity. If you need to check something, at least do it politely and with some class it was completely inappropriate and uncomfortable.
The à la carte restaurants weren't any better than the main buffet.
We would arrive at the pool at 9:00 AM, and every single day all the sunbeds were saved with towels from morning until evening. You couldn't find a single free sunbed because people just leave towels and walk away for the day (I am attaching a photo showing an empty pool where every chair is taken by towels at 9:00 AM). To make matters worse, the pool water was freezing cold, to the point where it was unbearable to swim.
The exact same thing happened at the beach: if you arrive in the afternoon, there are no available beds and barely any shade.

Excellent hotel, beautiful beach and wonderful staff
Pros:

The hotel was excellent. It is located in a quiet and beautiful area, about an hour from the airport and Rhodes Town. The beach is lovely, and the overall atmosphere is very pleasant. The entertainment team was excellent, the pools were great, and the food was very varied, with plenty of choices. The entire staff was friendly, helpful and always willing to assist. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed our time at the hotel.

Cons:

The hotel is very large, so there is quite a lot of walking between the different areas. However, after all the great food, you can also see it as a good way to keep in shape!

As in many hotels, there was also a recurring issue with not having enough sunbeds and chairs around the pools and at the beach, especially during busy hours.

Since we stayed at Princess Sun last year, we naturally found ourselves comparing the two hotels. Our feeling is that the current hotel is more luxurious and sophisticated, but we did miss some of the simplicity and family atmosphere of last year's hotel.

We also felt that the type of guests was somewhat different this year. There seemed to be a more mixed crowd, with more guests looking for a luxurious and refined experience, rather than mainly families as we experienced last year. This is, of course, a matter of personal taste.

For example, the beach restaurant felt quite formal and carefully managed. The staff were extremely attentive — perhaps a little too attentive for our taste — and we didn't quite understand the concept. We personally preferred the more relaxed, simple and family-oriented atmosphere of Princess Sun last year, especially when travelling with children.

So while we definitely recognize that the current hotel offers a higher level of luxury, we personally missed the simpler and more relaxed feeling of last year's hotel. Perhaps it is no coincidence that when we tried to book there again this year, we couldn't find any availability.

המלון נקי מאוד, יש אוכל שמוגש כל היום, הצוות נחמד ואדיב, חוף הים הפרטי מדהים ומגיש משקאות ואוכל כמעט כל היום, החדרים נקיים ומרווחים, הנוף מהחדר מדהים.

Cons:

הביאו רק 4 קפסולות לקפה ולא הסכימו לעשות ריפיל, החליפו מגבות במקלחת רק כשהתקשרנו לבקש, הגן שעשועים קצת קטן ודל וכך גם מועדון הילדים.
