Insgesamt sehr erholsam und entspannt!!
Pros:

Das Personal war außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit!
Wir mussten ein Zimmer tauschen und das hat perfekt geklappt und wir bekamen ein viel besseres Zimmer!
Auch der Transfer zum und vom Restaurant und / oder Strand war gut!

Cons:

Das Buffet am Abend war zwar gut aber nicht abwechslungsreich..;)

Everything, definitely not a five star hotel. would Not rate it a two stars! No Hygiene, AC not working, breakfast disgusting, hangers and bathrobes in rooms broken and damaged , flooding tubs in bathrooms, bed sheets dirty, pool filled with green gross stuff couldn’t swim in it…Complete scam. Not worth one penny of your money, avoid avoid avoid!!!

Spiaggia, posizione albergo, cordialità di quasi tutto il personale, estrema gentilezza e disponibilità a risolvere ogni problema o necessità.

Cons:

Lentezza nel servire a tavola, necessità di ripetere gli ordini più volte, mancanza di alcuni alimenti a colazione, promesse di approvvigionamento ripetutamente non mantenute, ma sopratutto conto degli extra sbagliato. Tuttavia alla mia richiesta di revisione la cifra caricata indebitamente mi è stata rimborsata. Scarichi di lavandini e doccia poco efficienti. Prezzi alti a fronte di servizi non all'altezza delle 5 stelle

-a meia pensao, funciona mal, pois ou usufruímos do almoço que tem uma carta especifica para a meia pensao , que ao fim de 2 dias ja esgotamos as opções e temos de estar a comer sempre o mesmo;ou escolhemos fazer o jantar e é um buffet muito restrito em que serve extamente o mesmo todos os dias , que é o mesmo da refeição disponivel ao almoço, so que em formato de buffet. as saladas sao as mesmas, os pratos de peixe e carne são sempre os mesmos.não aconselho a meia pensao. se for a pagar as refeições por fora, são um pouco caras.

This hotel is absolute scam, definitely not a 5* hotel. We actually checked out after 3 days and booked a different hotel. We were given accommodation without a living room, although I booked a room with a separate living room. When i spoke with Maria- the manager she told that the rooms are the same and she will try and move me in a different room the next day. She promised to call me within 2 hours which she never did. One of the matrasses also had a big hole on the sides, likely was changed on request. In the morning the breakfast was so chaotic, no forks. I asked the staff and they said someone is washing the forks. Then he brought 3 forks and one of us had to eat without cutlery. Our small jacuzzi was absolutely discussing covered in yellow slime and had some plastic bags inside. I told Maria and she said someone will clean the jacuzzi. Few hours the plastic bags was gone but the slime was still there. Also our room was up hill and we had to wait a van to take us down for breakfast or beach. On the beach there were no towels two days in a row. We were told someone will bring towels when available, which never happened. I would not recommend this hotel even for a budget holiday.

Abbiamo prenotato, ci hanno consegnato le chiavi della camera alle 16:00.
Una volta vista la camera, abbiamo preferito perdere l’intero soggiorno preparato non rimborsabile. E siamo andati in un’altra struttura. Non abbiamo passato nemmeno una notte ( improponibile ) le camere sono molto distanti ed hanno bisogno della navetta, anche per la semplice colazione. Camera senza finestra, la piscina è in comune con le altre camere del piano. La pulizia inesistente. Il personale apatico, non ci hanno nemmeno domandato cosa non andava. Nulla di Luxury o 5 stelle, un Bluff.

Cons:

Per raggiungere la camera occorre la navetta, le camere sono senza finestre, la privacy inesistente, come la pulizia. Un esperienza negativa.

Un 5 stelle lusso non si giudica solo dalla posizione, ma soprattutto da come fa sentire il proprio ospite: dopo un anno

Esperienza decisamente al di sotto delle aspettative per un 5 stelle lusso.

Al nostro arrivo la camera era fuori uso per un problema all’aria condizionata e ci è stata assegnata una camera più grande. Dopo due notti ci è stato chiesto di trasferirci nuovamente nella suite originaria. Avevo spiegato che preferivo evitare il trasferimento, perché dopo un anno di lavoro cercavo soprattutto relax, ma non è stata trovata alcuna soluzione.

Il trasferimento ci ha fatto perdere circa 3 ore: il concierge non era informato e alla fine abbiamo dovuto caricare e trasportare personalmente i bagagli. Arrivati nella suite, anche l’aria condizionata non funzionava ed è stato necessario l’intervento di un tecnico.

La piscina era utilizzabile, ma senza la funzione idromassaggio, così come la vasca da bagno, per motivi di sicurezza. I letti erano scomodi, erano presenti evidenti problemi di umidità sui muri, la TV non funzionava e diversi aspetti della camera e del servizio non ci sono sembrati all’altezza di un 5 stelle lusso.

A peggiorare l’esperienza, anche l’atteggiamento poco disponibile e in alcuni momenti arrogante di un membro dello staff.

Ciò che abbiamo trovato più deludente è stata però la mancanza totale di attenzione nei confronti dell’ospite: nessun biglietto di scuse, nessun gesto di cortesia o tentativo di compensare i disagi subiti.

La posizione vicino al mare è sicuramente un punto di forza, ma considerando categoria, prezzo e aspettative, ci aspettavamo tutt’altra esperienza.

Great location close to a beautiful sandy beach with crystal clear water and free sunbeds by the sea. Very nice room with a view and a small pool next to the room, excellent cleaning. Very good breakfast, friendly staff.

Cons:

Breakfast organization - the staff did not have time to clear the tables and wasted time delivering coffee, I recommend getting a coffee machine. Dinners as part of the half board were less varied for a five-star hotel.
