Bis auf den Ankunftstag ( was ja quasi den ersten Eindruck verschafft) war das ein Tolles Hotel, mit vielfältigen Buffet
Pros:

Uns haben folgende Punkte gefallen:
- Lage des Hotels ( Ruhig, keine Kinder, keine Haustiere, Abgelegen)
- Strandlage fantastisch und sehr Groß
- Buffet vielfältig und sehr lecker
- Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und fürsorglich ( besonders im Restaurant)
- Zimmerreinigung Top Sauber!!
- Sehr viel Grün und sehr gepflegtes Grundstück

Cons:

- Zimmeraufteilung entspricht überhaupt nicht zu den Fotos auf Booking. ( Gebucht mit Balkon und großen Fenstern, erhalten eine Tür mit undurchsichtigen Glas) ( Gebucht im Haupthaus mit Bergblick, erhalten Bungalow seitlich am Haupthaus mit Poolblick auf Creta Royal)

- unsere Ankunft war um 15.45 Uhr, Mittag gab es nur bis 15.00 Uhr. Seit Morgens nichts gegessen, kein Willkommens Teller oder sonstiges. Bei der Nachfrage in der Rezeption ( Abendessen ist ab 19.00 Uhr aber irgendwo am Pool gibt es Sandwiches) ( 20 Minuten Sandwiches gesucht, da keiner wusste wo die sind, im Endeffekt waren keine da) Also packt euch was zu essen ein oder unterwegs eben anhalten und einkaufen!!

- bislang waren alle Hotels ( die wir besucht haben!! ) mit einem Bügeleisen, Bügelbrett im Zimmer sowie einem Aschenbecher auf dem Balkon ausgestattet. Bei der Nachfrage an der Rezeption gab uns der eine Mitarbeiter nur sarkastische Antwort ( Nein nicht Erlaubt 🚫)

- Wäre gut wenn man das in die Zimmerausstattung rein schreibt und nicht bei der Ankunft, während der halbe Koffer voller Hemden ist.

Bra rum, fantastiskt poolområde, rent och snyggt, mycket trevlig personal.

Cons:

Gymmet hade bra och fungerande maskiner men inga handdukar eller vattenstation och konstigast av allt inget rengöringsmedel och papper för att torka av efter sig.

Cons:

Lage und das es nur bei Ankunft 2 Wasserflaschen gab, wir mussten für das Zähneputzen immer von der Poolbar Becher nach oben tragen mit Wasser gefüllt.

Las habitaciones muy limpias y cómodas

A pesar de ser all inclusive no tenia muchas opciones entre comidas o tipos de snack. Tenían sandwiches pero los ponían a cierta hora y no volvían a rellenar así que durante mi estancia no alcancé

Laadukas hotelli aikuiseen makuun
Pros:

Siistiä ja modernia. Upea huone, erityisesti tykkäsimme elektronisesta valaistuksesta ja lukituksesta sekä do not disturb/please clean the room -viestinnästä. Sivuttainen merinäköala oli aika tosi sivuttainen, mutta ei haitannut. Paras suihku koskaan missään Kreikassa, erityismaininta sadesuihkun kovasta paineesta. Todella hyvät ruoat AI resortiksi, etenkin jälkiruokiin oli panostettu paljon. Kaikki henkilökunta hyvin ystävällistä ja iloista. Sänky pehmeä. Emme olleet järjestetyssä ohjelmassa mukana. Aurinkotuoleja riittävästi. Sijainti on keskellä ei mitään, mutta se ei ole ongelma jos on vuokra-auto (ilman autoa voisi olla jumissa). Autopaikat täynnä, mutta pysäköinnin kanssa ei oltu liian tiukkoja. Vieraiden keski-ikä on reippaasti yli 50v. Suosittelen varaamaan junior-sviitin.

Cons:

Huone osui 425 ihan siivouskomeroa vastapäätä, aamulla kyllä kuuli kun siivous alkoi. Oven äänieristys auttaisi.

Υπέροχο ξενοδοχείο
Pros:

Ήταν όλα υπέροχα! Το ξενοδοχείο πανέμορφο και πεντακάθαρο. Το προσωπικό ευγενέστατο και πρόθυμο να βοηθήσει σε ότι χρειαστεί. Το δωμάτιο μας ήταν ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες. Το φαγητό ήταν πολύ νόστιμο για all inclusive ξενοδοχείο. Είχε ποικιλία και φαγητό για όλα τα γούστα. Γενικά μείναμε απόλυτα ικανοποιημένοι. Σίγουρα θα το επισκεφτούμε ξανά.
