The grounds are amazing, we had a great vacation!!!
We needed to buy still water every day because we had it by the hotel only on the first day. Water from the tap and tha shower was salty. And the sea had seaweed

אמא שלי נזקקה לטיפול רפואי והם היו אדיבים ושאלו לשלומה כמה פעמים ועזרו לנו להאריך את השהות מקורח הנסיבות.
שודרגנו בהגעה וכשהארכנו את השהות המעבר לחדר אחר היה קליל ומהיר.
מגוון של אוכל ואלכוהול בבר, צוות הווי ובידור מקסימים.
קחו בחשבון שזה מלון למבוגרים בלבד, ככה שהרוב באמת מבוגרים.
המרחק ממרכזי קניות, אבל ידענו את זה מראש ולכן צריך רכב.
I do not usually write reviews or comments, but this time it would be unfair to the hotel staff if I did not.
I stayed at the hotel for 10 days in room 625, and every morning I was greeted with a smile and a cheerful "Kalimera" from the housekeeping staff in the hallway. The entire restaurant team deserves our gratitude, as they were always friendly, smiling, and ready to answer any question.
Well done to all of you!
The staff working around the pool and taking care of the grounds were constantly busy, cleaning, maintaining, and keeping everything in perfect order. Their work was almost invisible to the guests, but if you paid attention, they were always there, making sure everything ran smoothly and that guests were well looked after.
Cleanliness, orderliness, and an outstanding team are what make this hotel special. Thank you all for providing us with such a pleasant and relaxing holiday.
If I ever return to Crete, I will gladly be your guest again, because the people working at this hotel truly deserve a few kind words written about them.

Nice, modern, clean renovated rooms. Nice sandy beach however in the sea there are some huge stones under water but its possible to avoid. Food is good, in the evenings and lunch time variety. However, bar is far from the restaurant so in the morning no option for good coffee (not from general machine) or any other drink from the bar apart what is served for dinner in main buffet. Food is available all the time. Ice cream whole day.
Salty water in the hotel in general. No option to bring water from bar to the room (option to buy from hotel shop bottle).

Bei uns gab es leider viel Seegras am Strand. Das Hotel ist dafür sensibilisiert und hat auch ein Schild hingestellt, dass dies "normal" ist. Für Standbesucher allerdings weniger schön.
Recht abgelegenes Hotel, zur nächsten Stadt geht es zu Fuss fast nicht - Busverbindungen gibt es.
Gyönyörű a kilátás a tengerre néző szobákból. Isteni finom és változatos volt az étel, a személyzet nagyon kedves és figyelmes. Jó szívvel ajánlom Mindenkinek a szállodát.🥰
Tengerparti elhelyezkedés kiváló, és minden szuper volt. Gyerekek nélkül mentünk kikapcsolódni, ezért prioritást élvezett, hogy gyerekmentes a szállás. :)
