Enjoyable
Pros:

Room is big and they prepared a fruit plate with wine for us. they upgraded our room also which is nice. they have app to follow the program in the hotel or any request you have. Very big breakfast buffet you can find anything. so many pools so great for families with kids who enjoy pools. there is a market next to hotel which was great :) and lots of catss

Cons:

Some staff doesnt understand english so you need to make sure to share your request with reception. there was a comminication issue for cleaning the room. and the cats were thin in the facility. I felt like they dont get fed..

Staff are very warm and welcoming and go above and beyond to ensure you have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Cons:

Some of the decor seemed dated around the resort, but overall very well kept and clean.

המקום מאוד מתאמץ לספק חוויה יוצאת דופן!
מאוד שירותי מסביר ומאיר פנים.
הקוקטיילים בבריכה ובבר המלון מדהימים ! שירות נהדר, צוות חייכן, כל ערב יש בידור מטעם המלון ברמה כייפית ומשחררת, פעילויות לכל הגילאים. נהדר ומומלץ!

הדבר היחיד שהייתי משפרת הוא המזון שמוגש, יש מזון בשפע! אבל הייתי מכניסה שף שישפר את טעם המזון שמוגש, מרמת הירקות והפירות שניתן לשפר בהרבה ועד לתיבול המזון שמוגש. חייב אדם שמבין שיעשה סדר בעניין. מדגישה יש המון מזון בשפע- הרמה דורשת שיפור

Schöne Zimmer mit toller Aussicht. Personal ist nett und bemüht.

Cons:

Die Kinder-räume sind sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Es sind nasse Kinder im Spiele Raum gewesen, wodurch der Boden ganz nass und rutschig war. Das Zimmer war sehr ungepflegt und eher für Kinder ab 5 Jahren geeignet, da viele kleinteile rumliegen. Die Stühle sind alle wackelig gewesen.

Das Frühstück hätte auch besser sein können, war aber in Ordnung.

Relax assicurato, da ripetere!
Pros:

Seppure molto grande, la struttura è tranquilla; la spiaggia di ciottoli con mare splendido è fruibile con comodi lettini e ombrelloni e anche qui (a differenza di altri contesti con musica di sottofondo ) ci si può rilassare al suono delle onde. Possibilità di ordinare dal bar direttamente dai lettini, sia al mare che nelle piscine. Camera pulita, luminosa e spaziosa con tutto l’occorrente. Personale gentile e professionale: hanno risolto un piccolo problema alla nostra auto in maniera rapida al momento della nostra partenza.

Cons:

Mi è piaciuto tutto; nella nostra stanza avevamo la vasca idromassaggio e avrei preferito una doccia spaziosa ma è una questione di gusti.

Personnel bienveillant, ambiance décontractée
