Great location. Scenic views. Not for people who do not wish to climb 60+ steps.

60 steps to the hotel. More if you stay on the 2nd or 3rd floors. No elevator, no help with luggage.

Great stay in Lapad.
Pros:

The hotel is perfectly located, lots of steps as advertised.
The breakfast was great, each morning different fruits, eggs and pastries.
Shower was great.
The staff were all really helpful and friendly, we had a couple of issues with our room; not worth mentioning as I truly believe they were freak events and not likely to affect anyone else, but the staff did absolutely everything they could to help us.

Ideal for mobile tourists who prefer smaller hotels.
Pros:

The staff were great. The beds were very comfortable. The location was great but only for people who are able to climb many steep stairs

Helt igennem et fantastisk hotel og personel.
Pros:

Så fantastisk en udsigt og dejligt personel. Meget venlig og omsorgsfuld og altid klar til at hjælpe os. Beliggende helt i top tæt på byliv og gå gade men stadigvæk fuldstændig ro til at sove og slappe af. Morgenmad var super dejlig.

Mange trapper men det var også en del af charmen for at få den fantastiske beliggenhed. Elsket det.

Excellent emplacement. Personnel très agréable. Petit déjeuner correct. Proximité restaurant. Vue exceptionnelle. Possibilité de se baigner en sortant de l'hôtel.

Great location, but the room was subpar.
Pros:

The location is amazing. Beautiful view from the terrace of the sea, with lots of areas to swim in the ocean. The location made up for what the room lacked. Approximately 15 minute taxi ride from old town Dubrovnik.

Cons:

The room was TINY with no natural light. The shower drain didn’t work the first day so the bathroom flooded. I felt that the pictures online didn’t accurately represent the room we were given, which was very small and dark (window faced a stone wall). No elevator in the hotel so be prepared to carry your suitcases up A LOT of stairs.

Short stay but enjoyed every minute
Pros:

The Art Hotel were excellent hosts and accommodated my late arrival, provided a really fabulous breakfast and took care of me regarding property that was lost. My room was clean, modern and tidy and had a great view of the ocean bay. I would really recommend staying here, my short stay couldn’t have been better, I felt very welcome. Thanks guys!
