Pros:

Everything, hotel is very nice, rooms were clean and very well equipped, the host made sure we do not have any issue (we had late check in, after midnight), the breakfast was delicious and the host offered us the refund for the one night that we couldn.t reach because of our flight cancellation . Really recommend it.👏

Stairs! Horrible
I know, we were aware of that but still it’s sooooo many stairs especially that our apartment was on the 3 floor so that is 120 stairs each time.
The bed is not comfortable at all.

Good price quality, very helpfull hotel staff

Very kind hotel staff, certainly Andjela and Karla. Very good advice on all our questions and good suggestions for restaurants.
Location of hotel is good, bus to center (old town) close to hotel.

Cons:

60 Stufen muss man die Koffer hoch schleppen. Dies wurde in keiner Weise in der Beschreibung von booking. COM erwähnt. Obwohl als Hotel deklariert, kann man zu keinem Zeitpunkt während des Tages ein Getränk kaufen, obwohl ja eine Bar mit Kaffeemaschine usw vorhanden ist. Beim Frühstück werden einzelne Brotscheiben in den Brotkorb gelegt. Und ein paar Brötchen, was nicht ansprechend aussieht. Das Frühstück ist inhaltlich gut. Frischer griechischer Salat, kleine kroatische Pfannkuchen, Rührei.
Aber die ganze Art wie das Frühstück präsentiert ist, ist nicht einladend und nicht ansprechend. Kaffeetassen stehen auf einer alten Tischdecke, bei der vereinzelt Fäden rausstehen. Die anderen Tischdecken , auf denen ebenfalls Frühstücksartikel stehen, sind alt und in einem gräulichen Ton . Sie hängen unregelmäßig vom Tisch runter. Die Frühstücksbehälter sind altmodische Kunststoffbehältnisse. Ein Hotelpersonal trägt Jogginhghose und T Shirt an der Rezeption.

Pros:

The location was great and the deck was lovely with a spectacular view.

Cons:

Rooms without a balcony were not good. We were in room 101 and it was like a basement - no light as the window was completely covered by a rock and it was very damp and musty. If you stay here I would only stay in an outside room with a balcony.

L’emplacement et la décoration

Le personnel n’était pas aimable et très agressif.
Nous avons réservé 2 chambres que nous avons annulées car vue sur mur, j’ai fait 1 nouvelle réservation et demandé si cette fois ci il n’y avait pas vue sur mur.
Sur les chambres l’une était vue mur, à notre arrivée.
Je me suis rendue à l’accueil et un jeune homme s’est énervé indiquant que c’était conforme à ma réservation ! Non ! J’ai du me justifier en montrant mes échanges sur la messagerie booking.
Pour le petit déjeuner nous avons demandé à le prendre 1/4 d’heure plus tôt afin de pouvoir prendre notre avion.
Par message on me confirme que oui, le lendemain au petit déjeuner, le personnel n’était pas au courant, là encore, obligée de me justifier en faisant lire mes échanges.
Réelle absence de communication entre membres du personnel !
