Czystość w pokojach

Cons:

Hotel Kamila nie spełnił naszych oczekiwań ponieważ nie był zgodny z opisem przedstawionym w ofercie. Baseny letnie były nie dostępne z powodu braku wody i nie czystego stanu.
Sauny są dodatkowo płatne okazały się po dwóch dniach korzystania z nich.Obsluga hotelu kompletnie nie umiała się komunikować w innym języku niż Węgierski. Posiliki w restauracji były zimne obsługa nie uzupełniała ponownie jedzenia.
Do śniadania dostępna były tylko jedną małą kawa, prosząc o drugą kelner musiał zapytać managera czy może podać drugą kawę.
Do obiadu w formie szwedzkiego stołku nie było dostępnych żadnych napojów , nawet zwykłej wody
Jedynym plusem hotelu jest pokój i czystość w nim!
Pani menager bardzo nie kulturalna, obsługa bardzo patrzy wszytkim gościom ile kto bierze jedzenia.
Zdjęcia w ofercie są wyretuszowane bo brak czystości w basenach braku wody i rdzy nie zgadzają się z zdjęciami z ofertą

Minden szempontból tökéletes élményt nyújtó szállás!
Pros:

Már többször is megszálltam a Hotel Kamilla szállodában, és bár eddig még nem írtam értékelést, most szeretném megosztani a tapasztalataimat. Minden alkalommal kiváló szolgáltatást kaptam, ezért most is 10/10 pontot adok.

Különösen tetszik, hogy a medence 0–24 órában használható, ami nagy kényelmet jelent és igazán különlegessé teszi a pihenést. A szálloda tiszta, kényelmes és kellemes hangulatú.

Szeretném kiemelni Bernit is, aki rendkívül kedves, figyelmes és profi felszolgáló. Az ő hozzáállása sokat hozzátesz a vendégélményhez.

Köszönöm az egész csapat munkáját, biztosan visszatérek még!

Jó is lehetett volna...
Pros:

Saját gyógyvizes kültéri medence volt, amit bármikor lehetett használni (akár éjszakai is). A szoba kifejezetten nagy volt. A parkolás ingyenes.

Cons:

Reggel nem volt melegvíz. A reggelinél sok mindent külön kellett kérni: kenyérpirítót, teákat, mustárt. Az ételek a reggelinel és a vacsoránál is sok esetben hideg volt. A reggelinel nem volt víz, de külön kersre hoztak.

Pros:

A szállás épülete szép, az ott dolgozók kedvesek és segítőkészek voltak. A szoba rendkívül nagy volt, és mivel macskával érkeztünk, külön örültünk neki, hogy az összes dolga kényelmesen elfért és még nekünk is maradt hely. A szálloda saját parkolóval rendelkezik, közvetlenül a szállás előtt. A reggeli és a vacsora is finom volt minden alkalommal, a reggeli kávéjuk különösen erős. A kinti termál vizes medence kellemes, rossz időben nekünk picit hideg volt, de ez lehet egyéni probléma. A medence mellett sok kifekvő, szék található. A hotelből közvetlenül van átjárás a fürdőbe, azonban csak egy napi belépésre jogosít (korábban már megszálltunk itt, akkor még korlátatlan átjárás volt) és szauna belépésre nem jogosít.

Cons:

A szobában indokolatlanul meleg volt (fűtési szezonon kívül), igazából a szellőztetéssel nem nagyon lehetett javítani a helyzeten. A szállás közvetlenül a vasútállomás, illetve a buszforduló mellett helyezkedik el, így ennek a zaja jelentősen beszűrödött (erkély nélküli szoba volt). Az étkezéseknél egy-egy tányér/evőeszköz foltos/koszos volt, erre nagyobb figyelmet szentelhetnének, máshol rendben volt a tisztaság.
