ארוחת הבוקר טובה מאד. מיקום המלון על שפת האגם עם נוף למרינה טוב מאד.

המקלחת בחדר דולפת וגורמת לרטיבות בלתי סבירה על הרצפה - יש להחליף את המקלחון לפחות בחדר בו אנו שהינו. פער בתחזוקה כדוגמה עציץ נבול ויבש במרפסת - זה אינו מתאים למלון 5 כוכבים סופרייר

Mit Ausnahme der Umgebung/Landschaft und der Lage war es ein schöner Aufenthalt in einem Top-Hotel.
Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel direkt am See. Eigener Strand mit Pool und Seezugang.
Das Hotel ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet, das Personal freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich und bot alles, was man sich wünschen kann.
Aufenthalt mit unserem Hund war problemlos, das Hotel ist durchaus hundefreundlich (Hunde sind aber im Restaurant und am Strand nicht erlaubt).

Cons:

Die Strandbar war wegen der Nachsaison bereits geschlossen , obwohl noch wunderbares Badewetter war. Der Outdoor Pool ist etwas klein für Gäste, die nicht im See baden möchten.
Der Service im Aussenbereich (Vorgarten) lässt etwas zu wünschen übrig.
Während unseres Aufenthaltes gab es sehr viele Baustellen rundum, was den optischen Gesamteindruck doch ziemlich trübte.
Etwas weit weg vom Zentrum (Gehzeit ca. 25 min).
Die Vorab-Information des Hotels kurz vor Anreise, dass Hunde mit max 10 kg erlaubt sind, führte kurz zu Verwirrung, wurde aber sofort geklärt und auch mit größeren Hunden ist der Aufenthalt auf Nachfrage erlaubt.

Очень хорошее место для неспешного отдыха и перезагрузки. Удобные чистые номера, очень тихо и спокойно. Прекрасный спа, небольшой,но удобный пляж.

Cons:

1. Мы заказали заранее в номер бутылку вина. Вино принесли, а штопор к нему - нет. В баре попросить штопор оказалось проблемой, работник жаловался, что гости ему не возвращают потом. Не знаю, зачем мне это знать в отеле уровня 5*. Странно встретить такую сложность.
2. Удивилась платной парковке в большом отеле высокого уровня.

Hotel super - Umgebung, wer es mag....
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr schön und die Zimmer haben eine gute Grösse.
Der Parkplatz ist pro Tag extra zu zahlen.
Sehr gute Auswahl beim Frühstück.
Der Spa-Bereich lässt keine Wünsche offen.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung.
Privater Strandabschnitt.

Cons:

Es gibt kein Sport-Aussenbecken, nur ein kleines Pool.
Die Lage des Hotels ist zwischen Campingplatz und somit hat man auch Kinder, Hunde, Roller und Radfahrer um sich -Grillerei inbegriffen.
Strand-bar: Kellner entsprechen keinem 5 Sterne Hotel!! Ewige Wartezeit und Getränke werden oben am Becher-Rand angegriffen serviert ...
Viele Stand-up-paddels im Wasser...
