GOOD FOUR STAR, NOT FIVE....
Pros:

Excellent breakfast and dinner, Nice and large SPA, Great location with the lake view. Very nice suite ( 217) with a great jacuzzi and private sauna. Rooms perfectly cleaned by mostly Asian staff, except some ants, not removed despite our comment the first day.

Cons:

No welcome drink at arrival, No fidelity recognition, no personal welcome sign in the room. (Very small cookie ), No french speaking TV channel, No sign of the existence of the Hotel Manager,
Dining room lighting still cold and bright. Need dimmers and / or candles ( fake or not )
Bathroom slippers too large / too small.

Definitely THE go to place in Balatonfüred.
Pros:

The location, the amenities, the spa and the breakfast were all fantastic! There were a lot of little things the staff paid attention to and they were really helpful in organising taxis, etc.

Cons:

When we arrived, we had lots of ants in the room. That by itself isn't necessarily the staffs fault and they helped get rid of most of them, but I would have expected them to acknowledge it/give us a voucher or similar as a 5 star resort hotel. Other than that, everything was fantastic!

Tökéletes környezet, elhelyezkedés, pazar minöség, extrán kedves személyzet. Tényleg a vendég csak a pihenésre koncentralhat.

Cons:

Szauna világban nem volt sem merülő medence, sem fejre húzható mini dézsa, illetve hiányoltam az illó olajokat.

Cons:

Unfortunately, most of our suggestions from last year have still not been improved:
No welcome drink upon arrival
No loyalty recognition
No personal welcome sign in the room (only a very small cookie)
No French-speaking TV channel
No visible presence of the Hotel Manager
Dining room lighting still too cold and bright — dimmers and/or candles (real or fake) would create a much warmer atmosphere
Bathroom slippers either too large or too small

Great stay, lovely facilities and amazing food.
Pros:

Everything was excellent. The staff were very accommodating; breakfast and dinner were amazing. Also, my wife and I spent our wedding anniversary here and we were given an upgrade, which was very appreciated. They also allowed us to check out slightly later for our train, which was helpful. They also had a magician on the Saturday night which was a great experience.

Cons:

It wasn’t clear whether the beach/ lake area was open; however, upon asking, we found out it was. I used the pool but was told the day later it wasn’t cleaned and hadn’t been cleaned properly yet. Which is slightly disappointing but a minor thing.

Kellemes elhelyezkedésű szálloda kedves személyzettel
Pros:

A szálloda elhelyezkedése tökéletes. A személyzet nagyon kedves és segítőkész.

Cons:

A negatívum számunkra az volt, hogy a medencék és a medence környéke nem volt igazán tiszta, ezen szerintünk lenne mit javítani.

Csalódás volt.
Pros:

A szoba szép tágas volt és nagyon kényelmes volt az ágy.

Cons:

A Balaton partján van, de egy kikötő van a parton így át kell menni a másik hotel partjára, hogy be lehessen menni a vízbe. A belső és külső medence nagyon kicsi, rengeteg pihenőágy van bezsúfolva a belső térbe, kényelmetlen és feszélyezi az embert. Reggelinél 35 percet kellett várni egy sima rántottára, végül nem is olyat hoztak, amit kértünk. Egyszer vacsoráztunk a hotelben, drága, érdekes a menü, de a krumlispirált szenesre égették. Ilyet nem lehet kihozni, hiába mondja utána, hogy elnézést.Nem volt túl tiszta a szoba, a fürdőben nem volt kiürítve a szemetes, benne volt az előző vendég intim hulladéka. Egy kutya a közvetlen közelünkben lévő szobában 2 éjszaka és hajnalban is folyamatosan ugatott, nagyon zavaró volt. Ötcsillagos a szálloda,de szerintem maximum egy erős háromcsillag. Nagyon igyekeznek, az látszik, de valahogy nem megy nekik.

Sehr schön, würde wieder buchen

Schönes Hotel, neu renoviert, tolle Aussicht auf den Balaton, sehr reichliches Frühstücksbuffet

Másodszorra voltunk a szállodában, a reggelinél nagyon kedves volt a személyzet, bőséges reggeli választékos volt.
