Pros:

Hotel Kapitany Wellnes bardzo pozytywnie nas zaskoczył. Usytuowany u podnóża wzgórza z urokliwym zamkiem jest jakby podzamczem. Ma ciekawą historię i piękne wnętrza. Rodzina, która jest właścicielem tego obiektu, spożywa posiłki i jest obecna w hotelu - niesamowite. Obsługa na bardzo wysokim i przyjacielskim poziomie. Jednego dnia kelnerka pracuje w restauracji, a następnego żongluje na koniu - no na prawdę niesamowite i zachwycające. W cenie piękny, historyczny pokaz jazdy konnej- rycerze, Mongołowie, potyczki, zawody - to wszystko w epokowych strojach, nawet król z królową przybyli. W hotelu bardzo dobra kuchnia, darmowa woda do posiłków. Wszędzie czysto i miło. Nowoczesna strefa spa z termalnymi wodami na wielki plus. Mocno polecamy.

Cons:

Niestety opis dań tylko w języku węgierskim, koniecznie należałoby dodać w j.angielskim.

Pros:

Von Anfang bis Ende ein gelungenes Wochenende. Besonders herauszuheben ist der Service und die möglichen Zusatzleistungen. Auch das Essen ist prima und die Zimmer sauber.

Kedves személyzet,5* a tisztaság, ételek finomak voltak. Sümegről ki se kellett mozdulni a 4 nap alatt. Köszönjük szépen!

Ein paar Tage Erholung sollten gut tun
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr ruhig mit einmalig schönem Blick auf die Festung. Die Beleuchtung durch Sonne am Tag oder abends mit Flutlicht ist ein Erlebnis.
Das Frühstück war prima, grosse Auswahl, ebenso abends am Büffet. Leider waren wir sehr erkältet und deshalb froh ein grosszügiges Zimmer mit grosser Terrasse zu haben.
Das Bedienungspersonal war sehr freundlich und stets behilflich.

Cons:

Es hat uns gar nicht gefallen:
- an einem Tag des Aufenthaltes befanden wir uns draussen auf der Terrasse. Man fragte nach, ob es i.O. ist, dass man die Reinigung vornimmt, was wir bejahten. Das wurde auch tadellos und zur vollen Zufriedenheit gemacht.
- An einem nächsten Tag (bei Anwesenheit 1 Person im Zimmer) haben die Reinigungskräfte bloss die Abfalleimer im Bad und Zimmer geleert und die Badetücher ausgewechselt. Es wurde aber nicht gefragt, ob man die üblichen Reinigungsarbeiten auch machen sollte (wir verstehen die Sprache und können uns ebenso verständigen). Man hat das Zimmer sehr schnell verlassen, wobei die Betten auch nicht gemacht wurden.
- an einem weiteren Tag des Aufenthaltes wurde unser Zimmer komplett übergangen: weder Leerung der Abfallkörbe, noch Staub gesaugt oder die Betten gemacht.
Das hat uns wirklich sehr enttäuscht von einem Haus dieser Klasse.

Ein sehr schönes und angenehmes Hotel mit fantastischem Spa, ausgezeichnetem Essen, das Personal eines der besten
Pros:

Das Hotel hat ein wunderschönes neues Spa im orientalischen Stil, sehr angenehm. Auch das Essen im Restaurant war fantastisch! Eine wunderbare Vielfalt, ausgezeichnet im Geschmack und total frisch! Auch der Aussenpool ist sehr schön. Die Livemusik am Abend auch sehr sehr schön und angenehm. Das Ritterturnier ist sehr sehenswert und toll! Und natürlich auch die Burg Sümeg. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und sehr kompetent! Eines der besten überhaupt!

Cons:

Herumrennende Kinder, ohne elterliche Aufsicht, bis spät am Abend im Aussenbereich. Ein Kind stieß dabei fast unseren Tisch um, mit Mühe konnten wir den Tisch festhalten. Leider fiel der Tischfußball auf meinen eigenen rechten Fuß, sodass dieser jetzt verstaucht ist.

Többször voltunk már itt és még megyünk a jövőben is egész biztos.

A tisztaság nem kifogástalan, megfelelő, de néhol nem elég alapos pl.: mosdók alatt, tányérok, de ezt először tapasztaltuk

Mi az, ami tetszett? Egyszerűen minden!
Lenyűgöző rá látás a várra, finom bőséges reggeli és vacsora. Tiszta szobák, nagyon kedves személyzet, igazán szuper wellness részleg, szerencsénk volt, jó időt fogtunk ki így a kinti medencét is tudtuk használni. Az italokat a pincérek a napozó ágyhoz hozták.
Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat, biztos, hogy hamarosan vissza megyünk. 👍👍
