A szuper hely!
Pros:

A személyzet nagyon nagyon nagyon kedves! Nem lehet hangsúlyozni, hogy mennyire. A hely nagyon gyerekbarát! Fantasztikus játszóház van ahol 1,5-3éves gyerekeink biztonságban játszhattak. A takaró személyzet rendkívül aranyos volt, a gyerekeknek hoztak leesésgátlót, fellépőt, wc szűkítőz, kiskádat. Szuper volt! Az étterem is szép, tiszta, nagy és csendes. Szuper hogy ott is volt játszósarok, így nem zavarták a gyerekek a felnőtteket. A szobák tágasak, és az ágy egyszerűen a legkénylemesebb volt, amit hotelben eddig láttam. Az elhelyezkedés szuper, pár perces sétára van a fürdő és a termál tó is, illetve éttermek, fagyizók. Mégis csendes a környék! Egyszerűen nem tudok rosszat mondani, szuperül éreztük magunkat. Azt hiszem megtaláltuk azt a helyet, ahová minden évben vissza fogunk jönni!!!

Pros:

Csak pozítiv dolgokat tudok kiemelni, tisztaság, a wellnes részleg egy ilyen kategóriájú hotelben kiemelkedő. Étteremben az ételek finomak és választékosak ,a személyzet nagyon kedves , rugalmas és segítőkész . Több helyen is voltunk már Zalakaroson de ez rendben volt nagyon !

Az egy kártyás szobabeléptetőn lehetne fejleszteni elektronikai eszközöket így nehéz tölteni.

Das Hotel hat unsere Erwartungen erfüllt. Ich wusste, was wir ausgewählt hatten, und es hat unsere Erwartungen in jeder Hinsicht erfüllt.
Das Personal ist überaus zuvorkommend, freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend und bietet viele Produkte aus eigenem Anbau.
