la struttura è immersa in un bellissimo parco e la stanza era ampia

Cena e buffet, specialmente la prima, esempio io ho mangiato il pollo verso le 20.15 ma era già quasi finito e non è stato poi servito ancora

Very good with small children.
Pros:

We loved this place. It is comfortable and quiet. Huge rooms. Pleasant and clean room. Nice staff. Huge garden.

Cons:

Food choice was little bit limited for a büfe. But we read the menu for a la carte and it was better.

Perfect for a wellness retreat
Pros:

The park is beautiful and so is the castle which is more of a mansion. The interior and exterior are both beautiful. The Salon, or main hall was really cozy.

Cons:

The church bells at 6am even with the windows closed can be a bit too much.

Es war alles außergewöhnlich grandios.
Die Buchung war schon hervorragend: die tolle, ruhige Suite. Die passenden Bademäntel in richtiger Größe. Der herzliche Empfang an der Rezeption. Der tolle Wellnessbereich. Die wunderschöne, ruhige Gartenanlage die zum Spazieren einlädt.
Das Abendessen hervorragend. Sehr kompetent, Entgegenkommend und überaus freundliches Personal. Ebenso beim Frühstück. Buffet hervorragend mit viel reichlicher Auswahl.

Sehr gepflegt: die Suite war sehr sauber, so wie das ganze Schlosshotel in einem.top Zustand. Sehr gepflegte Gartenanlage.
Wunderschönes Ambiente zum Entschleunigen.

Wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder.

Pros:

A konyha szenzációs, a kültéri medence és a beltéri wellness integrálása egy több száz éves épülethez, zseniális.

Cons:

Minden reggel 6:00-kor hangos harangszó ébreszt mindenkit az 50 m-re található templomból. Minden nap!!!

A kastély nagyon hangulatos és szép.

Cons:

Nem a foglalás szerinti szobaelosztással vettük át a szobákat, az csak külön kérésre teljesült. Majd az egyik átvett szobában a csatornaszagot nem tudták megszűntetni, amely az előkészítés során már ismert volt a szobalanyoknak, ennek ellenére átadták így a szobát. A du.os recepciós segítségével végül új szobát kaptunk.
A földre dobott piszkos törölközőt nem cserélték egyik nap sem..hiába próbálkoztunk. Mindkét alkalommal visszatették a mosdóra összehajtva.
A svédasztalos vacsora választék szegényes.
A kert, park gazos és elhanyagolt. A wellnessből is gyomos kertre van kilátás. A wellnes terasz deszkái kiállnak..mozognak. elhanyagolt. Valaha jobb napokat élhetett meg ez a hotel de a fénykorá már messze van...

Es gab nix zu meckern! Erholung pur in historischen Ambiente
Pros:

Ein ehrwürdiges Haus in sehr gutem Zustand. Kleine Mängel wurden umgehend beseitigt. Der Park ist eine Ruheoase, der Spa-Bereich wirklich schön. Auch das Essen war sehr gut 👍
Viele Wellness Angebote runden das Angebot ab.
Besonders hervorzuheben ist das Personal! Man fühlt sich wirklich sehr willkommen! Sopron ist als Ausflugsziel nicht weit, das imposante Schloss Esterháza ist etwa 15 Minuten entfernt und sehenswert. Für Privatpiloten bietet sich die Anreise über den Meidl-Airport (LHFM) an.

Cons:

Die Betten, also zumindest die Matratzen wirken ein bisschen historisch.
Und um auf höchstem Niveau zu jammern:
Ein textilfreier Bereich im Spa wäre toll 😊

Wir warten schon mal da und diesesmal war es wieder sehr schön und deshalb kommen wir gerne wieder
Pros:

Super freundliches Personal , das Essen war hervorragend mit einer sehr großen Auswahl , die Zimmer sehr sauber und modern in diesem historischen Stihl . der Pool hatte angenehme 29 Grad und genügend Liegen sind vorhanden

Cons:

es waren ein paar Gäste mit kleinen Kindern da weshalb der Geräuschpegel etwas unangenehm war

Exzellentes Service, sehr ruhige Lage.
Pros:

Sehr ruhige Lage. Unsere Suite war sehr geräumig. Wir hatten viel Platz. Äußerst hervorheben möchte ich die sehr freundlichen Mitarbeiter im Service.
