A személyzet kedvessége, segítőkészsége, a szállás kínálta kényelem, bőséges és választékos ételek, wellness részleg. Ezen kívül a program lehetősegek + a kedvezmények. Mindehhez a tökéletes elhelyezkedés. Vagyis maximális esély a kikapcsolódásra, pihenésre és feltöltődésre.

Cons:

Nem azt a szobát kaptuk amit lefoglaltunk, viszont szó nélkül felajánlottak egy másik szobát ami megfelelt minden feltételnek.
A welnes részlegen az úszó medence hideg volt.

Tökéletes helyszínen levő szállás, ahol fel lehet töltődni a hétköznapok rohanásában.
Pros:

Kedves személyzet, finom és bőséges reggeli és vacsora.

Cons:

Éppen felújítás zajlott a velünk szemben levő szobákban a folyosón, így az ezzel járó zaj, kosz és festék szag olykor kellemetlen volt. A szauna részleghez csak egy zuhanyzó volt, így ha többen használtuk volna egyszerre a szaunát, az utána következő hűsölést nehezebb lett volna kivitelezni.

Cons:

A parkolással adottak problémák.
Sajnos kiküldtek a szállodai parkolóból, valami más vendég miatt.
Az eltöltött idő alatt szinte alig parkolhattunk a szállodai Parkolóban pedig fizetős is.

A reggelihez nagy kínálat volt a vacsora változatos és nagyon finom, sokféle igényt kielégízett. Az úszómedence nagy és a pezsgő fürdő is kiváló.

A szálloda egész épületében kellemes illat volt. A reggelinél és a vacsoránál is folyamatosan cserélték és melegen tartották az ételeket. A szoba szép és tiszta.
