Pros:

Nothing... I had to face so many problems

Cons:

We were mistreated and we had no privacy in our rooms.... We were being harassed by the staff and even after paying we had the worst stay.... We were also denied services like plates and glasses... In the booking.com contract we didnt have any restrictions but we were forced by them to comply as we could not leave in the night
