Great location and comfortable room
Pros:

The room was renovated, and the location was fantastic. It’s just a short walk to the train station or bus stop, and there are also a few tourist attractions within walking distance. Arvin, the host, was incredibly friendly and helpful, even going above and beyond to take care of any issues that arose after hours.

Cons:

The building and elevator were quite old. Communication with the hotel was unclear before our arrival. We encountered some issues with the door lock, internet, and amenities in our room. However, when we reached out to the staff, Arvin was incredibly helpful and promptly resolved all our problems.

We had a good stay at this property.

Overall Pleasant
Pros:

The location was very good.

Cons:

The guest room bed was very uncomfortable.
While booking, the facilities showed Kitchenette, but nothing was there.
Four of us were booked, however even 4 tea cups were not there.
These are things which could have been looked at corrected.

Affordable, Comfortable and nice staff
Pros:

It has very easy access to all the city's attractions and is very close . On top of that the Supervisor Parisa was a really nice person and helped us a lot during our stay in Budapest and I really appreciate it

Cons:

There were no cooking utensils in the family room

The only thing I can nitpick to was access to WiFi. There is a paper with multiple networks and passwords listed, depending on the room number, but most of them were not accessible. The only network that I was able to connect had pretty bad connection from my room, so it barely worked.

Diirty room and poor maintenance, very disappointing experience
Cons:

We chose this accommodation after reading both the listed services and previous guests’ reviews, which stated that a luggage locker service was available before check-in. Unfortunately, once we arrived, we found out that this service was not available.

When we entered the room, we found a large water stain on the carpet. The third bed, if it can be called a bed, was extremely uncomfortable, dirty, and had several insects on it. Due to its instability, we had to move it against the wall in order to use it safely.

During the night, we also found another insect on the double bed.

The overall cleanliness of the room was very poor: inside one of the bedside table drawers, we found several hairs, making it impossible to use.

One of the two sinks was blocked. We contacted customer support, and the issue was resolved quickly. This was the only positive aspect of our stay, together with the kindness of the support assistant who helped us.

The towels were also stained and dirty in several places. When we requested replacements, the new towels provided were still dirty. Furthermore, the description mentioned that there should have been a card to request a change of linens, but it was not present in the room. We reported this issue, but it was never provided, so we had to manage without it.

Overall, the experience was disappointing, especially considering the poor level of cleanliness and maintenance of the room.
