The building is awful. The location is terrible, it’s a dirty and noisy part of the city. They gave us a room with no hot water and no air conditioner. They were supposed to make is a refund but never did.

It was clean, spacious and a great location.
Everything was great.
Location was amazing, within walling distance of everything. Lots of bars ans restaurants nearby. Good transport links.
Entrance to building is very dated which is a bit off putting when you first arrive. Room had a bit of a smell. Only had one mug so we had to tale turns having a cuppa. Nothing to worry about though.

אני לא נוטה לתת ביקורות שליליות אבל המקום רחוק מהציפיות, הכניסה למקום מעופשת ומגעילה, המקום נמצא ממש מעל תחנות רכבת ואוטובוסים, אז יש מלא רעש כל היום וכל הלילה, החלונות לא אטומים, החדר סטנדרטי לחלוטין אפילו אין מצרכים או כלים בסיסיים בשביל חדר בדירה.
Bucht hier niemals! Das Zimmer ist dreckig und kaputt, mitten im Raum steht einfach eine Tür, die nirgendwo hinführt. Das Treppenhaus und der Hof sind eine absolute Katastrophe. Das ganze Gelände ist total unsicher. Eine Rezeption gibt es nicht, nur einen schäbigen Rezeptionstisch aus den 80ern, an dem niemand sitzt.

Solo il box della doccia era un po’ instabile ma per il resto ottimo
La posizione è in un punto strategico della città che permette di raggiungere tutte le attrazioni in modo agile, sia a piedi sia con i mezzi
La camera era sporca, biancheria e asciugamani freschi, ma la era moquette incredibilmente piena di polvere. Hanno iniziato a contattarci un mese prima del nostro arrivo e con un’infinità di messaggi… peccato che quando, una volta arrivati, abbiamo scelto di contattarli per fare una richiesta, il messaggio è stato lasciato senza risposta fino al giorno successivo.
Le finestre davano tutte su un cortile interno, per cui è stato impossibile arieggiare la stanza per tutti e 3 i giorni… per fortuna c’era un condizionatore che aiutava a rinfrescare l’aria
