Nice spacious room, cleaned daily, lovely balcony view. Rooftop pool is nice. Really good location right at the centre but away from noise. Staff lovely, he helped book our ferry to gili t.
No hairdryer and no fridge. There are gaps in walls which means you hear everything outside, like the cockeral making noise early hours and people talking on their balcony into early hours of morning. Not necessarily the staff’s fault but bring earplugs to sleep

Die Lage ist super, der Rooftop Pool ist sehr schön und gut gepflegt. Das Personal, das putzt, ist auch sehr freundlich. Man kann kostenlos heißes und kaltes Trinkwasser, sowie Tee und Kaffee bekommen. Es gibt eine kleine Küche zum Kochen. Das Zimmer war groß und hell. Sichtschutzvorhänge wären toll, weil sonst jeder , der vorbeigeht ins Zimmer schauen kann.
Der Homestay Besitzer gibt sich zwar Mühe nett zu sein, aber irgendwie kommt immer wieder was unfreundliches durch. Nach dem check in habe ich ihm gesagt, dass ich am nächsten Tag die Vulkantour mache. Da hat er sehr vorwurfsvoll und in unfreundlichem Ton gesagt, wieso ich nicht mit ihm gebucht habe. Ich meinte, weil ich erst die Tour und dann die Unterkunft gebucht habe, dann war er wieder netter. Dann habe ich eine Nacht verlängert und ihm gesagt, ich will diesem Zimmer verlängern und gefragt ob ich es an der Rezeption oder online machen soll. Er meinte an der Rezeption. Da ich dann wieder Geld vom ATM gegen Gebühr abheben müsste, habe ich gesagt, Cash geht nur wenn es günstiger als online ist. Dann meinte er, ich soll online buchen. Am nächsten morgen wurde dann ganz normal Zimmerservice gemacht. Mittags war ich am Pool, als er mir auf einmal geschrieben hat, dass ich das Zimmer wechseln müsste, weil ich ein anderes gebucht hätte. Es haben aber alle Zimmer online dieselbe Beschreibung und denselben Preis. Und mein Zimmer sah sowieso überhaupt nicht aus wie auf den Bildern (was ich nicht schlimm fand) daher sollte es egal sein welches der Zimmer ich buche - sind ja laut Beschreibung alle gleich. Ich hatte keine Lust alle meine Sachen wieder zu packen, obwohl ich extra verlängert hatte. Trotzdem bin ich zu meinem Zimmer gegangen, um meine Sachen zu packen und da stand schon sein Personal und hatte meine Türe aufgeschlossen. Das geht gar nicht! Sie haben an dem Morgen schon Zimmerservice gemacht und können nicht einfach hingehen und ohne mich mein Zimmer öffnen (ich war eh am Pool, sie hätten mich auch holen können) nur weil dem Besitzer mittags spontan die Idee kommt, dass ich jetzt Zimmer wechseln sollte. Nach längerer Diskussion hat er mir erlaubt, in dem Zimmer zu bleiben. Er war dann auch den restlichen Aufenthalt nett..aber, dass sie einfach hingehen und mein Zimmer aufmachen, war echt unverschämt. Komische Art mit Gästen umzugehen..
